- Join us as we head to Thorpe Park to check out Fright Nights 2019! In this vlog we share our full reviews from all of the different scare mazes along with footage from throughout the park during their Halloween event. We share off ride footage from some of our favourite rides at the park along with checking out all of the spooky additions for Fright Nights.
In this vlog we check out the parks brand new scare maze for 2019, Creek Freak Massacre, located within the former Loggers Leap station and queue area. This fantastic attraction is a great addition to the event and in this vlog we share our full review!

One of the scare actors asked me "Do you want me to tie you up?" so I said "ooh yes please." She didn't know how to react so she just walked away 😂
One of the guys was really up in my face and he said "We almost kissed!" 😂 I would have said "I wish" but just laughed haha

I'm so happy to have met you! I was the girl who yelled over to you whilst you were queuing for the walking dead do or die maze. I'd been hoping to meet you and my boyfriend spotted you!! Made the day, also got a selfie with Alex later on in the evening.
So lucky the rain heald off for majority of the day!

Charlotte is my Queen for riding Rockey Express 😂😂. I love all the big rides but you can always have a good ride on the flats.
Really glad you enjoyed Thorpe Park Fright Nights! I've heard lots of positives compared to last year too so I'm really excited for the future of Fright Nights and hopefully this event is the turning point for Thorpe's future

We were there on the same day and thought in general the mazes were lacking a few actors but overall it was a good day, Can't believe someone broke character, that must have been quite funny to experience! 😂
Original nemesis all the way

I've only ridden nemesis so i can't compare it to inferno, as haven't been to Thorpe Park
The original is more intense but I still rate inferno
Inferno I felt like Mr bean on the Blackpool coaster, I could of nodded off.

Great vlog guys. I was at Thorpe Park last weekend. I really liked Creek Freak Massacre, definitely a great addition to Fright Nights. I loved Platform 15 this year, I'd actually say it was one of my best run throughs this year for that one.
I enjoyed Blair Witch, definitely better in the dark that one. Living nightmare was awful I have to say, I'd be glad to see the back of it next year.
Can't wait to see the vlogs from Alton Towers. I've got a 3 day trip up their towards the end of the month. I can't wait!🎃🎢👻

apparently every 20 minutes, the amity high actors do these ”skits” and when I went they were doing prom awards at the stage and doing photos with guests. I don't know if that's the same thing every 20 minutes. Every 2 hours they do their dance show, starting from 3pm, 5pm, 7pm & 9pm.

Went yesterday and it was brilliant from start to finish, mainly stuck to the rides but loved Swarm, Nemesis Inferno and Rush, but my proudest moment was doing Stealth twice in a row 😂 it was surprisingly quiet so we managed to walk on most rides and longest wait was about 20 minutes
16:50 I met Jonah in the queue for Blair witch and it was closed for a while due to ‘technical difficulties’ and he was a great theme park employee, he looked like he was really enjoying himself. He deserves a pay rise
I saw Jonah a few times batching Living Nightmare - he's amazing! #payriseforjonah

Still missing Thorpe Park, we are craving a rollercoaster ride, hopefully we might go to Paulton's Park in half term, nothings confirmed yet.

Charlotte, tut tut I will end the argument with which one is better. After returning from my first trip to Florida and doing Montu (which I loved) I visited Thorpe Park and after Nemesis Inferno I sighed and said “Well it’s not Montu is it” to my daughter. I then rode Nemesis (the real one) at Alton Towers at the weekend for the first time since a Florida and it was still incredible.

Creek Freak Massacre is the best thing Thorpe Park have done in YEARS - I can't wait to go back and do it again!
I like them both but to be honest the original nemesis is way better than nemesis inferno because if its intensity and its theming, whereas inferno doesn't have a nice theme to it. I still love inferno though.

I was at scarefest opening day (5th) and trust me it was amazing and so were the mazes

On the same day you uploaded this vlog I tried the Creepy Caves scare maze at Chessington world of Adventures. I was so scared but I conquered it.
Plus I’ve only just turned 9 and I am already 1.42m tall

6:40 Thorpe is my home park and I love it dearly but nemmie would completely batter inferno in a comparison. Lucky we got stealth to balance out Rita and saw for oblivion!
There was meant to be a man being razored through this body this really summed up what to expect when I go to the fright night with my family
Also I would pick nemesis in furno although I have been to nemesisbut thorpes park is just for me better also when I went to Thorpe in the six weeks stealth and quantum was not working what was going on ??? But seeing they are both working now will probably make the experience a lot better . Thankyou for this review I am looking forward to it x

Fun fact, stealth is the 4th fastest accelerating rollercoaster in the world. Making it a more powerful launch than Top Thrill Dragster and Kingda Ka.

Great vlog, guys; looks like you had an enjoyable day! As for the Nemesis vs Nemesis Inferno debate; my vote goes to Nemesis, but I don't think the gap is as large for me as it is for some people! I really do find Nemesis Inferno quite underrated, personally!

For fright nights do you have to pay for a day ticket or can you use the Thorpe park regular season pass and still be able to go into the mazes?

My fave ride was stealth and fave maze was the creek massacre. Angry birds cinema was great for a laugh too.
which is the least scariest maze because i might go on one there and i have never done one before

Hi shawn me and my partner are going away next year on our own for our first holiday and want to go to a uk theme park but dont kmow were to go were not a rollercoaster rider but love shows and other rides we were thinking blackpool pleasure beach?

We went to Thorpe park on Thursday 10th and went in Blair witch and decided we didn't want to go back in on the friday. We loved the theming of it just felt like there were only a couple actors and they even skipped the pre show for us. Unfortunately didn't see you around!

We had an issue with a group we were with for platform 15 on the friday but they gave us free fast track to go back in later on, and the performance was amazing, probably one of my favourites at thorpe!

I have never had a bad ride on Saw: The Ride no matter where I sit. Back row outer seat or front row inner seat. Never understand why people say it’s rough but I guess it’s personal opinion 🧐
By the way all 3 of Thorpe’s chainsaws are in Creek Freak
Probably depends on your height - I'm 5ft so my head gets slammed into the restraints and it's so, so painful! I imagine it's better for tall people with their heads above the restraints.

I find with the maze it depends when you go on it and the group and actors. This year I found Blair and platform have improved I had some good walk throughs
Hei Shaun. I know you like to try different experiences. I mentioned primevil in Norfolk, but this weekend tried Scaresville in Suffolk. It is now my number one Halloween attraction over scarefest, then primevil extreme. I was worried the hype may not meet my expectations, but it exceeded my expectations. 1.5 hours of constant well paced scares, good stories theming and cast members. Down side, you wouldn’t be able to film the main attraction, but I think you would both like it. Check it out
I met Shawn at Alton towers on opening day
The Amity actors have been fantastic every time I've been this year. They do 'skit' shows every 20 minutes but Thorpe have advertised the show as every 20 minutes despite it only being at 3, 5, 7 and 9. They've been phenomenal for me though, and if you're close to them they are always talking to each other but in character. Not much of a scare zone, but it's a good less intense experience overall (or at least the days I've been there).
