Today, I will be showing the most simplest recipe for making sushi! At first, I thought that making sushi would be very hard to make because people take years to prefect the art of making sushi! This was until I came upon this recipe! It is the easiest and fastest recipe that I ever saw! You can eat this as an appetizer or as a snack! You can eat it with spicy mayo sauce!
Ingredients:
Short Grain Sushi Rice - 1 Cup
(Rice Sauce) - Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 Cup, Sugar 2 tbsp, 1 tsp Salt
Seaweed - 2 Pieces
Crab Meat - 4 Pieces
Avocado - 1/2
Carrot - 1/2
Cucumber - 1/2
(Any Fillings You Desire)
Roasted Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Water - 2 1/2 Cup
Sauces:
Spicy Mayo - 1 tbsp Mayonnaise and 1/2 tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce

The black paper is called Nori Seaweed.😊 You would need to buy the seaweed from Chinese/Asian stores, but sometimes grocery stores might have it.💖 If you need more clarification/any more questions, please feel free to ask!!

Can I use srilankan brown rice instead of sushi rice?
Sadly, you cannot use Sri Lankan brown rice because you need lots of starch in this recipe. You can use long grain white rice instead of sushi rice!
