The log (left) shows both rubies did 264, but if you are looking at the end of the text log you are seeing just that damage + unhealing part of one ruby Each ruby is 30x2 (crit)=60, then heals for 102 (70% increased healing modifier), then the unhealing crits for 204 = 264 total.
A build that insta kills you at 4 seconds for roughly 600 damage total, assuming you are not immune to damage or reviving to survive it, or using Discomforts to offset your Draconics timing, or running lots of antiheal gems. There are counters but good luck expecting this one. Discomfort is your best bet to countering it consistently. Also just a reupload I guess? Pretty sure you posted this last month or something.
It happened on stream about a month ago and I clipped the 'ruby bomb' part on twitch but its pretty simple to see that it is not a re-upload on youtube since this is the first and only badge pyro game i've uploaded.
