If you were wondering about the other characters also, Reimu got 1st (again..!), Marisa got 5th (she's been losing the past ones because she used to be 2nd place D: ), Yuuka got 7th, Patchouli got 17th, Shinki got 73rd, and lastly Alice's dolls got 80th.
Because Alice herself said she haven't succeed yet at creating a autonomous doll. But since she is the best puppeteer of Gensokyo she can create the illusion that her dolls are alive and can speak.My own theory is that she use that to troll people.
