Hey everyone! I know that it is a crazy time right now. I find it very difficult to know what to say or what to do. I filmed this video before the George floyd tragedy and the Blackout movement. I am still very actively muting my regular content on Instagram and using my platform to educate myself and others about the social injustices the black community has to face. Today, I wanted to post this video because I know that all of this is very heavy. My body and my mind has been consumed with all of the pain the black community is going through. I truly hope this video will be a positive, momentary distraction. I would love to know your thoughts not only about this video, but also about how you're feeling about everything going on in the world right now. Sending you all love and light

Hi, Niki. I have recently found your channel and love it so far, but I am a little bothered by this video. I know you may actually love Ana Luisa’s jewelry, but, in my opinion, this video mostly felt like an Ana Luisa advertisement. It doesn’t feel very genuine when not only is all of the jewelry you’re wearing from the same company, but multiple tips revolve around that company’s jewelry as well. Around half of your video was just about Ana Luisa jewelry. An ear cuff is also not a new tip; they’ve been around since the 1920’s and have been extremely popular for almost a decade now. So, again, it feels more like an advertisement and that you’re just trying to sell me something. Please don’t take offense to this as I am still a fan of your videos, but maybe consider what I said the next time you film. Have a good day!

Back in college when I worked for The Limited we would do the fold tuck on our pants. Fold over a section and roll it up. Just taught my teenager how to do it.

Hi Niki, thanks for mentioning that it's hard to know what to say. I see so many fashion influencers just marching out their typical content from a bubble-world. It's ugly! We are in a different head space! But I have to say, being able to watch some light escape content is nice once in a while. I enjoyed this video, it was a needed break and the bobby pin cuff hack was really great. Thanks!

Hi Niki! Thank you for the acknowledgement of the pain, confusion, anger, and sadness the Black community and our allies are experiencing. As a Black-American female doctor, I have been an avid subscriber of yours. I have always appreciated your authenticity, and courage to use your experiences for empowerment and education of women. As a suggestion... a way to support and highlight talents within Black communities may be to do a video or share on your IG Black owned fashion designers and businesses. Or perhaps haul video or something of the sort. Many of these businesses are pledging proceeds to organizations committed to social reform, education, and the dismantling of systemic racism. Peace and light to all.

I love your videos but for this one i am so sad , I didn't learn anything new because i know all of the mentioned hacks..from tik tok and other youtubers, seriously not a single one but i know it is not your fault and so many of us ,your fans and folowers for sure will not know all hacks, i hope it doesn't sound like hate comment because it is not but i am always looking forward to your videos :)
