hard gameplay can make the experience worse though, as you have to spend much more time and effort playing all the annoying parts over and over. still, the easy stuff can be equally annoying, its just that the experience is generally shorter
As a layout creator this is horrendous to watch. You did not cook, you have burnt this gameplay to a crisp. You’re FIRED. The same cannot be said for the video tho!

I love fake rings in dash rings bc it makes you think you will have to stop holding and that would make for some really annoying gameplay. Also, swing is very annoying to make good gameplay with so having a swing section makes thks so much more intolerable.

I would use a gravity trigger and make the gravity very slightly higher/lower.
One thing you forgot: unsynced flow gameplay
and a random 4x speed mini cube part with clicks that feel like frame perfects
Another way to make it more annoying is to synch the level to the music and then offset the level from the music
