Just to let you know rai trunks doesn’t have 70% cut when enemy switches. The game applies the reduce damage received before it applies the reduce damage sustained. So the math looks like this 100k-60k which equal 40k damage sustained and 10% of 40k is 4K which means he has a 64% cut.

This trunks is overall good, not only with his green, card cost reduction, and blst armor it’s honestly good he has some buffs against the op androids (tag) and powerful opponents. Rather see him with more defense a little
