      @@TuanPhan-cm5bt No. It is okay to pass the ball into the backcourt on a inbound, but Kawhi caught the inbound pass in the front court, and then fell into the backcourt. If there was no foul which caused him to fall, then it would've been a backcourt violation.

      Raptors have been successful for a min before the claw if not for LJ they probably would have had a lot of eastern championships. spurs stayed relevant without kL so I really don’t feel bad for DeMar because he’s working with one off basketballs greatest coaches.

      @Tua Leaki you Canadians are too nice. You've got a better player now stop settling for losers like Derozen. He just didn't have the goods especially in clutch time, my most recent piece of evidence was how he just coughed the ball up to kawhi.

      It's not a backcourt violation because he hasn't established control of the ball, the NBA considers the steps he had into the backcourt when receiving the ball as gather steps so he never had control of the ball.

    Nick nurse is out of his depth. I watched this game and there was a chasm between both teams. Spurs are well coached, their half court sets and offensive scheme was way better than Raptors. They defended better but couldn't close because of that turnover by Derozen. Raptors better get their stuff together cause playoffs are coming fast.

    • @Pleebian94

      It is Nick Nurse's first year isn't it? There must be a hell of a lot of pressure on him right now.

      @moriellymoproblems7842 5 лет назад +1

      How do you figure? Raps muted Aldridge, and Kawhi outplayed DeMar both offensively and defensively. Raps had more uncontested shots, they forced more outside shots from the Spurs.

    • @osaighile40
      @osaighile40 5 лет назад +3

      @@moriellymoproblems7842 Did you watch the game. The Spurs offensive scheme was way better. They exploited matchups down low and in pick n roll when Raptors swicthed. They forced double teams on Aldridge and forced the defense to collapse on Derozen which led to wide open 3s for the likes of Bertans and Belinelli. They also ran isolation sets for Derozen who was super efficient with 7/12 shooting for 23pts. Their bench was spectacular scoring 60pts. On the other hand, Raptors haven't figured out their identity. They are still conflicted on running isolation sets for Kawhi or letting the offense run through Lowry. Their offense looks discombobulated. It was Green's shot making from deep and their trips to the free throw line that kept them in the game. And by the way Kawhi was awful in this game although he came up when it mattered. He scored 25pts on 23 shots. The commentators kept complaining that his shot was off tonight.

    • @Doatello1991
      @Doatello1991 5 лет назад +1

      David Osa The Raptors are still figuring out their chemistry; they’ve only had this roster for about three games. I think all this experience in close games will pay off. I definitely want to see better sets on offense than isolation plays for Kawhi Leonard. The Spurs collapsed the paint on every drive and forced the Raptors to shoot. From watching games this season, the Raptors’ clear worst quarter is the 2nd quarter. Gasol had a bad game, but his elite passing spreads the floor. Lin was surprisingly fantastic on both ends, and he has good chemistry with Lowry and Ibaka.

    Don't understand 3 points in basketball. That encourage players to make long shots other than going to the paint. In football, touch down is 6 points, but long kick is only 3 points. In basket ball, dunk should be 4 points, all the rest is 2 points.

    • @rgonzalo511
      @rgonzalo511 5 лет назад +1

      The logic is the farther the shot the harder it is. Therefore make the harder shoot worth more. Dunks are to easy to score.

    • @rgonzalo511
      @rgonzalo511 5 лет назад +1

      @Yusuke FuryRoad I know he doesn't understand that basketball players already have a ton of incentives to go to the paint.

    • @cwjalexx
      @cwjalexx 5 лет назад

      The relevant variable is difficulty not distance. Your football logic fails to consider that after a touchdown a 2 point conversion is worth twice as much as a kick even though the kick covers more distance.
