Yes! Jacob, maybe you didn't knew this, but that lyric “if you're looking for someone to write your break up songs about, baby I'm perfect”, it's totally an indirect for Taylor Swift (who is an ex-girlfriend of Harry).
And that's because Taylor has a lot of songs dedicated to Harry.
So... It's very interesting that you pointed out the similarities of this song with Taylor's music.

Niall plays guitar well, Liam can play guitar and piano well enough to get by aka write songs. Liam and Louis wrote on a HUGE chunk of their songs.
I’m surprised you not picking up on the constant noises underneath the song I Want To Write You A Song of pencil writing on paper.

Typically it would be Liam doing the high notes with a few exceptions by Harry. Louis tended more to towards the chorus or the bridge of many of the songs, and of course all of them, including Niall, did the verses, and many of the choruses. I can see how much you love this album. Great review, Jacob!!
