I have fought against the "once saved, always saved" doctrine for more than 50 years. But it is still taught every Sunday across America. J. M. M.
That's because eternal security is true. We did nothing to secure our salvation so we can do nothing to retain our salvation. We bring nothing to the table but faith, as the Apostle Paul teaches in Ephesians 2:8-9.
To think that we can do anything to undo the work of Christ (His work which is perfect not ours) is the height of narcissism. Either God through the blood of Christ wipes out our entire sin debt past present and future for eternity at the moment of salvation, or He doesn't. You can't have it both ways. Yes I do believe there are false conversions, but that doesn't negate the truth that the moment we're indwelled by the Holy Spirit, we're indwelled for eternity.
Paul taught that anyone who walks away from the faith, or who willfully sins against God (license) demonstrates they were never saved. Who is the one who is saved? The one who believes and goes on believing. Anything else is a false conversion or a delusion on part of the individual professing faith. Once saved always saved. If you take that and use it as a license to rebel against God, you are demonstrating that you may know of God, but you don't know him. His love is not in you. Anyone who is a new creation in Christ loves God, obeys his commandments, and has the holy spirit in him. He is forever changed, and he will not turn from the faith.

It's not what goes into the body that defiles a person , it's what comes out of you. I hope you have overcome for your health . But don't stop praying because you think your not strong. That's the devil whispering in your ear. I went through this as well. Resist the devil steadfast with your faith. Say Satan get behind me.
Pastor Allen thank you this was a wonderful teaching. So many people are falling for the dictates of this world. Afraid that they won't be accepted if they talk about the Lord. Especially the urgency of where you're going to spend your eternity and salvation needing to repent of your sins. A broken heart and a contrite spirit. People seem to be finding security in everything else except God psalm 46:10 amen

We are saved by grace alone by Faith in Jesus Christ with the hope of righteousness. Abraham Believed God and it was reckoned to him as righteousness, there for those who are of faith are sons of Abraham's, God will Justify the Gentiles by Faith. Christ redeemed us from the curse having been a curse for us. Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree. No works just Believe and love thy Lord with all your heart all your mind and all your soul. And love each other as I have loved you. This is what Jesus commanded that is over all.

I just found this video and God was showing me Galatians 4:22 BOND AND FREE- " For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the bondwoman and one by the free woman. But the son by the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and the son by the free woman through the promise. This is two covenants: One proceeding from Mount Sinai bearing children who are to be slaves, she is Hagar. Now this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present Jerusalem for she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem above is free she is our mothe.
I am grieved over how few who called themselves Christians read the book God wrote! I have also been grieved by the fruit of immorality that comes from many assemblies. When I Look at the resulting behaviors of the members of an assembly , it tells me if the teaching there is truth or deception..

Prophetic things are written for our understanding, and for the purpose of warning others to get right with God. Having said that it is perfectly clear from scripture that the Christian will NOT be on earth when the Beast and the Antichrist under the influence of Satan will sway their power. We will be already in Heaven with the Lord Jesus who will have come Himself to take us to the Father's house. (John ch. 14 v 1-3; 1 Thess. ch. 4 v 13-18) plus other scriptures. The saints in the Tribulation period when Antichrist comes to the fore are not Christians, but Tribulation saints, just as the Old Testament saints are not Christians, but still saints of God. Some have a heavenly inheritance, some have an earthly inheritance.
I respectfully disagree, that we get a "free ticket" out before the Tribulation.
When Jesus comes, every eye on earth will see Him, and every knee bow. The dead in Christ will rise first, then His servants, who are called according to His will, and keep the faith of Jesus. We were never promised no persecution--quite the opposite. The servant is not greater than his Master.
God changed us gives us a new heart. Sanctified, God says you should test yourself see if your really saved. You should notice a 100% change. So when you repent and truly feel bad it God sees your heart and knows he changes us. Humble yourself a contrite heart cry to him you will hear from him. Do it on Sabbath it was a covenant at creation he gave it to us so we might get to know him. It's Saturday not Sunday. That's going to be the mark Sunday worship or Sunday day of rest. Sabbath is the day of rest from God don't obey man over God
Nobody goes to the Son unless the father draws him . And Nobody goes through the Father without going through the son. If your seeking God you have been purchased by Jesus blood and Jesus says I will not lose a one. Once saved always saved if your were truly saved in the first place. I do however recommend you fight the good fight conquer in Faith. Test every spirit look up everything I have written it's all in the Bible . God's truth is marching on. You a e saved by Grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ. Period no works!

Antichrist is NO more he is dead
The Antichrist has not even been revealed yet, so how can he be dead. He will not be revealed until about 3 years after the true Christian church has been raptured to Heaven. He will be the false messiah in Jerusalem.
@Mountain Prowler The world is so evil because at this time period Satan is the god of the age, he is the prince of the power of the air. The Lord Jesus is saving sinners for His church/bride. He has not taken up His kingly role yet. When He does, things will be set right in righteousness and peace. The Holy Spirit 'restrains' at this time. That means He limits or holds back Satan's influence, but when the Christian church is removed to Heaven, that restrain will be removed and the Beast of the revived Roman Empire and the Antichrist will come into prominence.
Satan has the role of Antichrist ...gets kicked out of heaven after he and his angels fight Michael the Archangel and get kicked out...its stated in Revelation 12:9
