【 Dear Wormwood 】Short Warriors OCs AMV

- Nothing much to it, just wanted to make a short AMV for practice since last time I animated something was 4 months ago. :v
Got a bit lazy here and there, but I think it looks okay? Definitely a positive come out after such a long time of not doing frame-by-frame animation
I also chose to use a more limited style of animation because I like this style and because I would die doing a full frame-by-frame.
And uhh I know that the eye shot looks terrible, but camera movement is hard, and I hate it sincerely.
Also, um- the characters are Pour (previously Acornstep, toyhou.se/14101814.pour-acorn...) and Bramblestar (toyhou.se/14101493.bramblesta...!
The animation focuses on Pour's showdown where after successfully killing all of MarshClan (or at least all that he knows of lol) he seeks for the last cat that is still alive, this being Bramblestar.
Also, a little fun fact: Pour actually killed Bramblestar before during him receiving his nine lives, but Bramble was revived as he got them before Pour could kill him.

Whoaaa I love this so much! The atmosphere is amazingly portrayed; I love the snowy background with the gray sky and a few black twigs sticking up. It adds to the mood so well. the character designs are beautiful! They're really detailed and the colors in their designs compliment each other so well. The movements are absolutely amazing in terms of both the characters and the backgrounds, not to mention how they're perfectly timed with the music. The artstyle is eye candy, with the lighting and shading also being really well done. The character's expressions are so well drawn, too! It's clear to see what each character is feeling. Also, that ending frame is beautiful. You nailed the jumping and crouching pose, and even at such a cool angle! There's so much talent in only a 25 second video, it's amazing. You're very underrated. New sub! ❤️✨

ClipStudio Paint EX, używam tego do raczej wszystkiego ale jeśli chodzi o tweening to czasami używam też Vegas Pro 17
@@mokkagren Ajaj zazdroszczę ci, że możesz używać tych programów! Ja to sobie kupiłam iPada i muszę używać flipaclipa co jest dosyć niewygodne i animacje mi wychodzą o wiele gorzej ://
Jeju ale serio jesteś dla mnie taką wielką inspiracją TwT zwłaszcza po tym gdy obejrzałam tą animację i Hayloft II. Uwielbiam to jak rysujesz pyski, łapy, uszy, oczy, pozy kotów i wiele więcej! On that note, it appears that the Toyhouse links to the characters don't work (or maybe a Toyhouse account is required to view them?). Is there somewhere else I can read about these characters?
Unfortunately, my characters can only be viewed by logged-in users, sorry! Other than that, I don't really have any other place where you can read about them other than the description.
But the toyhouse doesn't really say much about the story, I only have it to have my characters sorted based on stories they belong to and that's really it, I don't have much info written about them there.

@@mokkagren Okay, that makes sense. I'm curious, why did Pour kill an entire clan? Was MarshClan his former clan?
It was! It was a bit of a mess that StarClan itself started. They delivered a prophecy that was wrongly interpreted by the clan and since, you know, "StarClan is the all mighty that is never wrong" they just decided to go with whatever the clan cats though the prophecy meant. (The prophecy in short was that if not stopped, one may bring the end to the clans or something like that and the clan just got the wrong cat to be the one that the prophecy talks about) This let to Pour (at the time Acornstep) really struggling to find his place in the clan and if it wasn't for the fact that he was made a medicine cat, he probably would've ended up not being valued by the clan at all because they didn't want anything to do with him. In the end, he just forced the prophecy true and did what he could to destroy his clan and then the other clans.
@@mokkagren Ooh, fascinating! It sounds like StarClan royally messed up. Did Pour kill his own family and mentor as well? Did he kill kits/apprentices (if there were any at the time)? What is/was his plan after destroying the clans?
He did kill his family however his mentor, Webspring was a cat that he genuinely cared about, but unfortunately she died due to greencough before all the "chaos" started. As for kits and apprentices, those were more likely killed by traps set up by Pour as well as the skulk of foxes that he lured into the camp. Though there weren't many at the time.
After he died, his plans got messed up a bit. Since he was killed by his mother, Cinderriver (who he thought was killed by foxes) and then abandoned by his dark forest mentor, Shallowstar, he was left all alone and confused. He tried training his half brothers, Brindlescratch and Raccoonslip, but Raccoon refused to. In a battle that happened much later (between some cats from the df and CoveClan, where Brindle, Raccoon and Cinder were taking refugee, as well as some MarshClan cats that survived) after Brindlescratch's accidental death, Pour just broke down and instead ran away, without any more interest in doing any of the things he did before.
