I'm 60 and I wouldn't go out with a woman past 30. Youth is beauty. I work out and only eat whole foods and fresh meats. I looks real goods at my age. Now a day, 90% of people are fat and ugly. It's extremely hard to find beautiful people.
There are many seasons of life and I suggest you embrace each one for what it brings and it takes away. What I most appreciate about Brooke is how dignified and gracious she’s remained all throughout her life. She’s talented, wise and witty. Wish her years of peace health.

Depends what you mean by your prime. Most people are probably most physically fit as teens but that isn't the prime of your career or knowledge. In my 30s now I definitely have far better relationships so I don't think I'm past my romantic prime.

Not true. The prime of your life is not necessarily about youth. It is about finding your authentic self..achieving your dreams, pursuing your goals..crossing things off your bucket list, traveling, etc. and many reach this peace and joy in their sixties or seventies..the idea of believing that the “prime” of your life is when you have no wrinkles and a lean body is foolish. As we grow older we become wiser..more confident…and more adventurous….because our kids are raised and we can pursue our own dreams.
Why are we debating this. Defending this. It’s ok to look old and still mentality sounds but don’t lie. Time is an enemy to all species. ALL! No one an say an average healthy person at 50 look YOUNGER than the same stage person at 20. It’s just facts! 🤦🏻♀️ we should promoting Living positively at any ages instead of defending. Weird way to live life!
So many people in their 50's look old...I guess its hard living, or bad genes, but you should not look old at 50, but so many have bad genetics & abuse themselves with alcohol & other things.
