That Station waiting room at Ropley looks like it has always been there, cant say better than that!
Wonderful video Will. Great content, excellent editing, thoughtful commentary. You a great ambassador for the MHR, well done!
Fire suppression materials and systems are probably a good need in working museums and similar. Plus good testing of electrical installations
I agree with all the previous comments and as an old boy who remembers steam days am humbled by the skills of all involved in the Mid Hants - Brilliant !.... and that does include you Will !!
Superb video loads of great incite into the workings of the railway.
Well done guys !
Have been visiting Ropley watercress line every other sunday for the last 7 years, the changes i have seen are amazing and a credit to all who work there.Such a lovely place well worth a visit👍
Excellent video and as always to a high standard and very informative.
these guys have just made me realize, the entire line is basically the greatest train set you can imagine
it realy is amazing what has been achieved over the years on the wonderful preserved railways of our country. the true spirit of our railway heritage will live on for many years to come thank you for sharing
An excellent and informative video. Credit to all those first class tradesmen who have constructed and maintain your railway. 👍
Great video as usual, keeping our glorious history alive..
Buildings are amazing!
i was a second man on that engine decades ago out of Waterloo....
Great video!! Very interesting to see the explanation of the Thermic Syphons and the need for the flexible stays. Great work from the Building department.
I see the music is titled Here Forever. Does that mean Cheltenham will return?
Good luck from Spain!!
I'm amazed at what these [people do to preserve that line and the infrastructure
I do hope _Cheltenham_ is only going off for overhaul? As the number "925" has meaning to me, I'm keen to see her return to service, and in malachite green as Southern Railway 925! 💖
Thank you for a great show. Love it .
i’ve got a busy day tomorrow on the miniature since it’s going to be the busiest wizard day i believe and so i’m going to have a busy day over on the miniature 😂
People always stroke their chin 🤔 and talk knowledgeably about thermic syphons, but I'd never had any idea what they were. See, I've learned something today! 🤴
hi can you do a behind the scenes Day out with Thomas
"Any person's found committing an offence in this subway"(8:21)? Was that a misplaced Southern Railway apostrophe? 🤨
👍
So just where is Cheltenham going next and what is going to happen to her? Anyone care to share?
shes going in for overhaul
Presumably back to the NRM as they own it I believe.
@@markknowles6374 prob but who knows
@@markknowles6374 it probably won’t go back to the NRM, instead it will go into one of our sheds awaiting instructions from NRM about both 30925 and 850
Thomas E2 LBSC will be back to service soon
ok and who asked?
When is 35005 due to be complete?
