you can turn off stats, abilities and such from gears before you select a stage. The option is called "Match options." just turn on competitive mode, than select a stage. All characters become level 20 so equal damage on both, no stat boosts and no abilities in competitive ruleset. The plus side, is that you can still use the gear you have equipped, it's just the stats are disabled.
Its a damn shame they removed his acid blossom. In Injustice 1, a placed chattering teeth followed by B1~acid blossom creates an unblockable situation which you can then do a B3 afterwards. I hope its in one of this gear set.
Guys I finally found out how to do uppercut into chattering teeth. Its really easy. Ive always had problems with it but I found out how to do it easily. Do an uppercut and right after you do the uppercut input, just do down 3 right after. You gotta be somewhat fast. But its real easy. Once again down 2, into a down 3 and bam. Easy peesy lemon squeezy.

By the way, little tip: when you're trying to catch him after the Back 3 and Jump 2, go for Clown Prince (forward + 2, 3) that's the most consistent combo attack in terms of catching them. Die Laughing (2, 1) is fine as well. Unless, of course, you're a god at timing and can perceive things in mere atto-seconds, then by all means, do whatever you fancy!

I was going to play Scarecrow because I just love the character in general. However, the input for the command grab is weird (coming from Killer Instinct) and since he's easy to whiff punish, I realized that he's not good for me. Then I selected Joker randomly, just for fun when I made some Player Matches online and I was anti-airing jumpers with the DB1 Canister. Some of my normals were on point... and I was enjoying it. In fact, I felt like I was in control. :-)

Back 2 3 into his command grab is very strong and goes through a block. He has some pretty cool combos as well with insane damage. Love the character sm he was the first character I ever picked up when I got the game over 3 years ago and i’m still using him today haha

All of the independently owned video game stores near me only sell old and vintage games
I screamed SOO MUCH at this game because I couldn’t hit the last part of the combos for most characters! I screamed at the damn story mode at normal! The only game kinda like this and Mortal Kombat is Dead or alive. I can play dead or alive with no problem but idk why I can’t do simple combos like this!

Beast Mk2 it is frame data. Plus frames and negative frames. If you are plus, then you are at an advantage, meaning you can press a button before your opponent can. If you are negative, you are at a disadvantage in frames. If you are negative then you need to block. Some moves can be negative but can still be safe to do, like a move that is -5. Then there are some moves that are unsafe, that could be -15. The more negative, the more unsafe or riskier the move is to do. So attacks on block and on hit have different frame data. For example an attack on block could be -15 and on hit it could be +24. Meaning if it hits you have +24 frames of advantage to do another attack before your opponent does. BUT if they block it you are -15 meaning you will get full combo punished for it. So its always smarter to do attacks that are either plus on block or less negative. Anything around -5 or -8 is safe and you can block right after without being punished. Anything lower than than that starts to get more punishable and unsafe. Just take a look at the move list in the game. It tells you all the frame data for each move. Just remember you always want to end a combo or an attack in plus frames or at least safe. So you could do a combo string that is -30 but if you end the combo string in a special that is -2, then your safe because you would be -2. Hope this helped.
Practiced that one combo with the teeth for like 3 hours and easily had 100's of attempts and the furthest I got was one bounce from the teeth ONCE.... The timing on that has to be like a single frame... The teeth either blow up before he hits the ground or they don't get thrown out at all. Most the time too it reads my down back 2 input over and over for some reason and I just stand the parrying.
Having the same problem, I know you special cancel the uppercut animation into the teeth but I can never get the character to land on the first set of teeth after the jumping kick.
ya I finally figured out how to time the teeth after the uppercut but I struggle om getting them to bounce. even if I do get the both I seem to get the same damage with another combo with much less effort.

Why is it that when I do the D2 and put the input for chattering teeth it doesn’t work I switched controllers and did the whole string to that point got chattering teeth but the player still reaches the ground before chattering teeth goes off
i can throw the teeths now in combo after d2 exactly like in this video, then i jump to kick him on teeths but my timing is not perfect i guess, i did a few times double teeth in combo but cant master it yet after 2 days of practice :(
Kira His flower was mainly there because he wasn't fast enough to mixup on knockdown, plus his trait was a parry that actually lost the speed boost it gave overtime. Now that he can get his trait immediately, and his base speed is up a little, there is no need for a restand anymore.
5 years late but turn off Negative edge or release check, whatever it's called, it basically makes it to where you can input specials by releasing after the input on hit, so if you do DB3 at the end of a string but hit forward before the string finishes, it will do BF3 instead. Definitely turn it off

James Burtis Hit confirm is when you see the combo hit so then you do a special move after. Most combos you have to put in the special move before you see the combo hit.

Chattering teeth combos start at 22:46. (A note for me since i've rewatched this a few times)
