In Turkey this is called as patso (shortening for patates(fries) sosis(sausage) in Turkish). It's basically fries in bread. It can be with sausage, salami, pickles and with other stuff. But that basic one (just with fries) is one of the most popular fast foods in Turkey. Patso is eaten with lemonade most time. Also, this place is known as 'inventor' of the patso. There is long queue in front of place at nights (even winter nights). Place's name is Patso Burger as well. It's tiny place, there is no table for eating or drinking, just kitchen and cashier. You take your patso and lemonade and eat at the street. I'm living at this neighbourhood and when I was teenage, me and my brother eat from this place. This days can't eat cause of overweight (I'm not that bad but I'm concerning about my future so I'm at diet). When you walking at this street you can smell the patso from like 100 meters away. That's the smell of my child, teenage.
