I have the 03 Centennial. I got the 1st one in Alabama. Mine has been kept in the garage and has been babied. I only have 56,000 miles. I will not sell it for anything even though I don't drive much these days. My Son will take it when his Ford bites the dust. He says he is set for many years between the 2. He thinks it is a really nice car. I can only surmise Taurus became unpopular because Ford kept raising the price. Who ever gets this car will have many years with it. I hope they continue to take care of it like the previous owner did.

I kinda miss my Tauruses, had a 1999 and 2007, great basic cars, no frills and no major issues with either. Parts are super cheap as well.
I'm a fan of this car too! I agree about the maintenance and longevity statement also.
My parents had gotten one brand new, and it was a great car. I actually had one as my driver's ed car. I wouldn't mind having one for myself.
