Without that they would be third world countries. Oil in the Middle East is being used up faster than many predicted, and new sources outside of the ME have been discovered more recently. And solar and wind power are continually improving. The Middle East will be on a downward slope soon enough. It's just a matter of time.

(in terms of what is financial system today where none of the banks has the actual money in deposits. its all fake. its all zeros on a digital board) and should be this billions invest in decent projects to improve everyday citizen life? like for instance in massive solar energy and better building to accomodate de desert heat???
