Hello, my dear friend! When I got the notification that this video was up, I got really excited! I've actually been teaching about the Serenity Sleep System in my Tuesday night classes for the past couple weeks. So far, I covered the softgels and the oil. My last one will be about the sleep stick. I've used all 3 of these together and I've been getting such good sleep and I don't wake up at all until the next day! I tend to mix it up a bit in the diffuser; Serenity all the way but sometimes I mix with other oils like Shinrin-Yoku or Northern Escape. I love both combos but my absolute favorite is the Northern Escape paired with Serenity. We like to call it "Escape To Serenity" at my house lol. As always, I love the info you bring out. You look so amazing and it's always a delight seeing you on here or anywhere you post videos. Hmm...maybe I can guess what you'll talk about next. I had several months full of stress and not much sleep and in almost 2 weeks i have to give birth.

Congratulations on your little one! My best suggestion for energy and feeling good will be the supplements. It’s not a quick fix but it will give you sustained energy throughout your repair and recovery after birth, too. You will need it. ❤️
My top 2 suggestions are the life long vitality and the MetaPWR advantage collagen. Both are safe for pregnancy and nursing. Take both if it’s in your budget. Essential oils that are energizing during birth may be citrus oils like wild orange, Frankincense for stability, and ginger for nausea.
