    Really good advice. I can do pretty much all the drills but struggling with capsulitis and plantar plate tear 😢

    I have problems in all these areas. Some cause cramps in muscles. So where do you start? What is the progression to more mobility?

    So no ice/heat, foot massagers, night splits, etc.? Just these exercises to relieve pain?

All those traditional pain relieving strategies can be helpful in the short term, depending on the person and the problem - the aim of this video is to provide active strategies that people can use to address the root cause of their problem and to minimise the chance of recurrence 🙏
