How to Wire a 220v or 110v 23 seer Traiden/ ozone Mini Split

If it’s a 110v unit, wire it for 110v
If it’s 220v, wire it for 220v

I am installing one and I don’t see anywhere for the unit end of the whip conduit to secure. My Traiden unit only has a plastic cover over wiring and it’s a bigger opening where wiring goes in, not a 1/2” hole or knock out for the whip.
