My zero-RB dynasty team took Ford in the 17th and Dowdle in the 23rd. Feeling good.

@@waffles2waffles very interesting strategy. If Zeke is to old and falls apart and Dowdle takes his role of falling into the end zone from the 1 you might have scored on a couple low end RB1 or even 2 RB 2’s would be enough since the rest of your team has to be stacked.
@@waffles2waffles I’m more than happy to get killer WRS early + top shelf tight end (Andrews). Brian Robinson jr, Zamir White, zeke, ford, and j brooks should be more than enough at RB. Maybe mostert as well.
Clyde Edwards helaire is nasty but one of my favorites is Blake Corrum. If Kyren gets hurt Blake is super talented and can take over the backfield in a short amount of time

Jerome Ford is my favourite pick in non-best ball Leagues/drafts.
Nick Chubb is almost 29, with a recently torn ACL 😬 meanwhile last year Jerome Ford was a consistent 10-14 fppg player, those numbers aren’t spectacular for booming best ball, but when you need a guy to plug into your flex spot come playoffs, I’d even trust him over many of the RBs going in the Gus Edwards, Tajae Spears and Ekler range

I’m going crazy with the zero Rb strategy in my redraft this year. I’m talking four straight wr’s rounds 1-4 or 3 wr with an elite Qb then just hammering rb’s the rest of the way

Hero RB is the best strategy. Tbf last season I won my money league with a zero RB strat
@@Alpha-bt9bh there is no such thing as "the best strat". You might have had luck with injuries. Otherwise, I dont see those "punting rb strategies" working.

4:00 Chase Brown also has a small sample size tho. Moss showed he's a dawg when JT went down last year. As a Bengals fan I see Moss being the main back with heavy goaline usage just like Mixon was. Chase Brown is speedy and will be used in the screen game, but will be a boom/bust flex play
yeah - his sample size def scares me and i think his floor is really low, but i think the overall upside of good offense + athleticism is worth taking some shots on

very fair point, but believe it or not Ford only averaged 0.13 targets more in games with Flacco than with other Browns QBs last year

My problem is that I have a list of 6-8 RBs I like in late rounds, but it’s so hard deciding which two 2-3 to take. Might have to check out that tie breaker formula you guys are putting out.

Should be noted the Niners did have the highest scoring offense last year when you only look at offense. Cowboys had a ton of pick sixes driving the scoreboard total up

@@waffles2waffles 7 but when we draft early for these money teams on ESPN app it makes you take a DST & K, I drop them both and add 2 more players that I think have to possibility of starting or sharing a backfield and a receiver that will put up good numbers with hopefully some big splash weeks!
@@countrybumkiniii9003 i feel rostering a handcuff limits your options on your bench. If your main guy is healthy and productive, that bench spot cannot be used for other exciting free agents.
The problem with CEH is the Chiefs are so unpredictable what players are producing from game to game. Reid loves to throw in so many wrinkles week to week, it makes it nearly impossible to predict what players are going to go off. It's too risky to throw CEH in my starting lineup, it would be like throwing darts blindfolded hoping something sticks.

D'Onta Foreman in Cleveland and they want him to carry early downs. I think he is more durable than Jerome Ford and will have a role, reducing Fords usage back to his backup role. Enter Chubb mid year and I think he's just a waste of a pick.

I’d take a shot at Keaton Mitchell. Can be a league winner for playoffs, when he gets back hopefully by that time. If he does get back healthy, I think the Ravens will feature him heavily to rest Henry for a playoff push since he’s getting old to keep him fresh.
