MCQ question 2 :- dividend may be revoked when, "company ceases to be going concern" or "the declaration of dividend is ultra-vires" . hence answer could be option a. may be revoked. pls reply

For 2016 they have used MTP and for 2022 they have used MQP
In exam do we need to write explanation in respect of mcq? Or choose only option??
Yes because it holds 1 mark for explanation and 1 Mark's for right answer
@@kajal0412 but in mqp suggested answer no explanation. And also in question it is not mentioned to write an explanation in the new syllabus 2022
2 Marks MCQ just For Choosing the Right Option, I am sure about that bcz I had given Final Exam And It Is mandatory to explain...

@@ismartkushal1125 They Won't Give But Look At The Question Paper They Clearly Mention About For Justification...They Even Don't Show proper answers when they issue suggested answers....They Believe That Students have Taken Classes And So We know everything 😂...

Mam just one request: When you teach your way of expressing things like hands movements etc. are not properly visible. What i feel is lacking somewhere so if you could please do make yourself clearly visible it will be great. Rest is everything is perfect
