Dear Magnificent Being, To live from the heart demands us to make choice, take risks, set boundaries, being honest, and many other things that are out of the comfort zone. At the moment I am preparing for an upcoming speaking event here in Norway. I remember back to the time when I was scared shitless speaking in front of people. Now I love it! I did have to work through the fear though eight years ago. EFT tapping and past life regression therapy was a huge component in the healing process, but the most critical shift was when I DECIDED that living from my heart was more important than living in fear. Yes, that is a decision, not a coincidence. And for me, it happened because my decision was final. No more trying. No more “maybe”. When we make what we want more important than the fear - then it is a done deal. When we truly commit to something - we will do what it takes; when our words match our actions - that sends a powerful signal to the Universe that you mean business! The Universe throws ideas, solutions, people, opportunities, and possibilities on your path to support you. It may take time, but the time it takes is the real gem; that is where all the learning and growth are. I am not saying it is easy, but it´s always POSSIBLE!
