That’s a nice bike to ride and you get used to the forward control very quickly. Cruisers are not as nimble, nor are they as quick, but they are badass 😁. Ride safe bro.
You have very good taste !!! The Vstar 1100 is my favorite bike of all times !! It has the speed, the power, the beauty, the glorious ride that makes a Harley blush ! It truly is a dragster but I like babying this bike. It is so perfect when you put Vance and Hines exhaust on it and it likes to cruise about 75 to 80 but can go 130 easily. This bike is the KING of metric cruisers and it will never let you down. hale to the dragster ... .. ..
Wow brother!!!! I am so impressed that bike seems to ride really smooth, you were up to 140 mph on 1100 v Star Yamaha your first ride even😊😅😊💯👍👍👍 there doesn't seem to be any vibration, it runs so smooth three years ago on my 60th birthday my wife bought me a 2004 Yamaha Silverado 1700 bought it from a guy for a couple Grand it look like it was right off the showroom and it was my first bike that was so big😮 1700 that's a lot of bike !!! So many times I rode balls-to-the-wall wide open level ground on the interstate just like you just did in your video!!! My bike was vibrating so bad at 100 could barely see I mean it was vibrating so bad my eyes could not hardly tell the difference from the road to the ditch, I thought that was normal😮 I couldn't get it to go over 107 mph!!! I really thought okay well that's okay it still past good it was good for passing and keeping in traffic.... So I thought what the hell I just like to cruise around I don't need to be drag race anybody so I just accepted it!!!! And I got rid of it about 2 year ago after the covid virus I got so weak and so sore it's like I aged 20 years so I decided to quit riding... But I am so impressed how an 1100 Yamaha runs so smooth and how fast you got it up to 140 mph I'm so impressed that sweet and that thing runs so smooth. Can't believe it. I thought for sure once you got your speed up it was going to fibrate the camera like crazy but it didn't congratulations man that's a pretty sweet bike!!!!! Just thought I'd tell you man that's a nice bike runs great 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Godspeed 💯👍🙏 okay I just remembered my 1700 had a windshield, and I weigh 325 lb of all solid muscle 💪 hahaha okay okay that last part's a lie but I do weight 325 lb😅😂😂😂 but I wonder if that my heavyweight plus the windshield kept the bike from being able to go faster??? Anybody got an opinion on that?? I mean yeah I never really need it all that speed but it would have been nice just to know that it would go that fast in case I really needed to anybody got to respond on that being fat and heavy and having a windshield slow down a bike prevented from going top speed????
Thank you brother for tuning in, from what I believe the more wait i put into the more the bike feels awesome its lake made for carrying heavy and long rides, as long as you do all the maintenance this bike will last like forever, I'm a member of a group yamaha v star and some members got hundred thousand plus miles and their bikes still keep going.. Ride safe always my friend and keep in touch
Have you checked into the drive shaft nut on the output shaft going to the shaft to the back to see if it’s loosening off at all? Would love to see you make a video on fixing or “staking” the nut that holds the u joint on. Your videos are always good, that’s why I’m asking. lol. Cheers.
Thank you very Jay, I haven't tried that yet, though it's my plan to change the shaft oil, and maybe regrease the shaft gears, fortunately the only bolts that I found loose is the ones that holds the muffler, and threads are done, anyways thank you very much and be safe always
You made the bike beautiful BRB! Thats what a cruiser should be 😊 looking forward bro.
Thanks brother Norman, hoping to ride and have a good time with you soon bro, be safe always

Where did you get your handlebars from and can you use the standard cables with it?
Hi Mason, it a 10 inch krome werks handlebar and yes all cables are stock, the electricals goes through inside the handlebar, be safe always.
i have one and they cruise perfectly between 110-120 kmh. No need to rush.
