By the time that happens, someone is rolling out the door with a tray of "left overs." Meanwhile you're sitting in front of a cold plate, at an empty table, wondering why the dish you really wanted is already gone.
A few discrepancies: -Measuring cups can be used for baking, but you don't look at the numbers -if you a cooking, you don't eat breakfast cause you been cooking since the night before and you gotta "taste" to make sure your foods coming out right - the following cans/jars are allowed: pickles, olives, jellied cranberry sauce - whoever cooks has liberty to begin and end any argument(s) Pumpkin pie? ....boi.

In college I taught myself to cook. I started with recipes cooking from scratch making a variety of dishes, especiallythe geechee southern soul food I grew up on, but now, as I've gotten good, I no longer look at anything and just tailor it to how I want it adding what I want to fit our tastes. And no shade since you're from El Paso, but I've yet to eat anywhere in Texas where the food was good and flavored just right... It's like they aren't using enough seasoning nor the right seasoning, and that's every type of restaurant. No good Chinese, Hamachi grill, Barbecue, and defintely not soul food (the last one really passed me off). It can be the fame restaurants we ate at in Atlanta, Baltimore/DC, Harlem, Charlotte, all over SC our food so d*mn good, MS food good, Louisiana food so good...But I haven't found a place yet in TX that's good nor sure at anyone house where it was good!
