Hello i want to ask a question? I already downloaded and uploaded the template from figma into elementor but the problem is that nothing is showing its just showing gray boxes not any element or text or images can you help me plz?
I can't tell why that is happening, are you sure elementor is up to date and no conflicting plugins? You may want to retry downloading the template again and installing the new one.

Make sure that both sites are updated to last version of elementor and enable the feature relevant to the copied element before trying again 😢😢😢

Something is not right, try another design to test, if the issue persist then it's the plugin issue.
