I love black beans. Your videos are from another planet, because you mix small talk with the people that work with you and work footage. A very nice way of showing me how it works. Thanks from Sweden
Thanks for another great video Chet. Yeah. Finished with the black beans. Except for a few small patches. Good going guys. Nice job. Really like your new red semi. Nice looking truck. You all have it looking sharp Chet. Nice truck. Lots of grain dust with the black beans. Oh my. That fuel filter was really on the red truck. No need for that. Glad you got that changed. Yeah. About it for now Chet. Thanks for everything. The Iowa Farm Boy.
Don't know if you have wild rhubarb but we grew it in the garden in NC IN... on purpose... LOL!!! In the rhubarb,,, cracks me up!!! We would say in the weeds or in the sticks...
Chet and the entire Larson family, I hope you can watch your intro clip and feel pride in the beautiful farm yard you all have built. It never ceases to amaze me what a family can build through dedication and hard work. I appreciate the example you all set every day by working with a positive attitude, smiles and laughter. I look forward to every episode, every short. You are among my favorite farmers to watch along with Millennial Farmer, and Welker Farms. My prayers are with you all to have a safe, successful, and bountiful harvest so we can see more new toys come to your dooryard. Thank you and kind regards.
awesome new drone flyover intro! From us that live in MN, we want to avoid seeing the snow covered land until it hits us. 😂 Brody repeats his "filling" tricks from last year. I like the tradition he is setting during harvest season.
We change Those fill caps every 6 to 8 months. Watch how bad it vibrates at idle. But we are over the road company year round usage might have something to with it
That was a good video. I was watching as Brodie and Chet were working the oil filter Channel-Locks. I found them to be the best on a "tough" oil filter.
When a filter is under pressure it means its behind the pump. So unfiltered oil is going trough the pump (no way to do so) or there must be a filter in the suction and a 2nd one in the pressure (common rail?) part. Hydraulic oil could be. As a filter for the oil going to the control units. Most filters say: handtight and then 3/4 turn to tighten. They are thin sheet metal so can deform easely.
Compared to soy beans those black beans have almost no plant at all!! At least it looks that way going into the combine.. Hope the quality is holding up well. Thanks again for another fine video guys.
Enjoy your videos that new Kenworth truck you got you need to get somebody to Check the high-pressure pump to see if it has ceramic piston or steel piston. If it’s ceramic, you need to change it out because if you run it till the ceramic gives away you will be replacing the whole fuel system Injectors, everything grace and peace
Flawless new intro! Oh and is Big S missing something? That was a quick fix ❤. I Always enjoy the videos have for a lot of years and I’m not a farmer at all ,unless you count the small tomatoes and jalapeños I grow once a year. Your videos just hold my Interest.keep ‘em coming
Glad to see the black beans done harvest. Did you do good on the weight and dry and debris stalks in beans? Won’t be long the corn will be ready ? Brody can’t jump for joy yet you still has corn fields and spraying .
Always follow the little marks on the filter or they will spin off and no one can hand tighten them to the marks. Cars sure, semis and other large filters are a no, they need to be tightened with a filter wrench.
Farmers know how to spot the crème de la crème: It rises to the top. But RYSE Aero Tech is giving them an even better view. The startup’s ultralight, electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) vehicle doesn’t require a license to fly. In fact, RECONs are being flown daily by non-pilots right now. It’s a perfect way for this $52b equipment buying industry to crop scout and advance farming. They already have $39m+ in preorders (again, farmers know). The vehicle is expected to make even bigger waves across different military and government sectors. In fact, the ultralight aircraft market is projected to double to $18b by 2028. Chet I can see you hovering over your farm now.
Humid hahaha that’s funny lol. I live in Louisiana and we have some humidity lol well mostly everyday haha. But I’ve been all over this country and we all have to deal with it. 😂😂
@@mikeanslave1797 i live by the great lakes. It’s humid all year…. And cold and humid. It cuts right through you. And you just stand outside and sweat without doing anything at 68F
Erik you have an engineering degree, it that right? I kind of remember when you first came to the farm and Chet introduced you he said you had a degree. If I'm wrong I apologise but you certainly carry yourself as if you do, anyway the best of luck to you and the whole crew, stay safe and be happy...
Awesome video Chet. When's Toby going to make a surprise visit? It's always fun watching those short legs move as fast as they do. That red semi is JUNK, it's got KENWORTH on it. Don't think you'll like it when it comes to driving it. Enjoy the weekend. 🚜🚜🚜
They are to tall. They would hit every power line if they haul them. In order to haul those machines you need to take all the tires(tracks) off and put it on a low boy trailer
Thanks to all the people who replied. I am not a farmer and expected there were reasons why they drove them 40 minutes each way. Costs of trailers and times of loading and unloading sure add up for an overall small savings of time.
I think I have asked before, maybe not. But how did you guys attach the hose reels to the fuel tanks? Is there some kind of miracle epoxy that I don't know about?
Thank you!

Thanks for finally the new warm intro. It's already snowing here in Montana.
That little blower is laughable, see Dennis Ivers feeder house blow off device. Smart man
Good job boys feeding the world.

Nice fleet! Chet: Larson Farms door signs on the new truck are on in different locations in relation to the door handle!
First thing I noticed too. OCD has my eye brow twitching.
Brody, I thought you weren't supposed to auger them twice. Douggo's gonna dock you for that combine load of beans.
Brody is starting to become a bit of a whiner. Just saying.
@@HamSlicerand he now drives a Buick he's getting old !! 😃
I think Brody can take a 1.2 percent dock for one hopper. Lol.
Is Brody your brother??
Nice to see that the snow finally melted.
Another great video. You guys work so well together. Good job. 👍❤️
Nice to see your summer drone intro just in time for winter
He’s going to run the winter intro in the summer and the summer one in the winter. It will keep you wishing for the next season, or not?
Good job Chet nice seeing young guy keeping family farm going! Nice seeing u buy ur own ground god bless all the farmers! 🙏🏻

The paint on truck looks beautiful 😊
For as such OCD as Chet has you’d think he woulda put the stickers on the door in the same location! Come on Chet 💁🏼♂️ ya killing my OCD 😂🤘🏼
Yea great job on the videos glad to see y’all always fun and hard work great combo
You should maybe put in the description what the videos about
good info on looking for the beans - head vs threshing losses - interesting all the acquired knowledge you guys have.
Great Video as always Chet.❤
Yous should change that crank case filter in behind the air to pipes . We used to change them every oil change !
Good video. Do enjoy going along with you and watching all of the different things you all get into.
Very nice job boys great job running the farm. I love watching your videos. Awesome job.👍
Love the new opening without the snow.

Enjoyed watching the video Chet 😊
Hey your back with the summer intro.
finally no humidity....nice
Thanks for the new intro picture. Much better than the one with the snow
Nobody cares
See Chet that's what happens when you tighten filters with a wrench. Great video guys. Give Brody a raise he needs one working with you guys.
That filter was beyond tight. Wow!
Or you don't lube the rubber before putting it on. Who knows.
I really like the new opening. Farm is looking Awesome!

as early as turtle beans come out you could almost do a turtle bean, winter wheat, winter camelina rotation every two years.

It’s so dusty because the air pipes from the air reel are blowing on the ground. I like to run them 4 inches above the cutterbar
That filter was tough
Kudos on your drone intro footage, much improved!
Ditch the filter wrenches and get the big pair of knipex pliers you will thank me later.
Always leave Pandora's box closed on Friday afternoons. Ha!
Seems like you would get a more accurate wind direction if the combine was sitting still. Just a thought 😂

Should have called in the big Swede to loosen it up.
Love the videos goodluck this waterfowl season boys

why don't you run the truck axles down in the field to distribute the load more and decrease compaction?
Is anyone going to comment on the fact Chet didn't put stickers in same spot on doors of new KW.

Might have to nickname Chet 'hollywood' now. Busy on the phone a.
Those air reels make me cry for them air filters lol
Do your black beans go to Chipotle for burritos?
Someone didn’t put oil on the filter gasket which makes the rubber seal itself to the motor and makes it harder on the next guy to take off
Dock Brody for split beans from running them through the auger twice.... I know some that would.

Hi from the uk
im from pakistan 🇵🇰 i like so much farming this is good i want get job 🎉
what you guys spray on the header connectors ?
Would it be worth getting a bin for the black beans and a cleaner to clean them?
I’m sure they would have already done it if it was.
What kind of drone do you use for your videos?
7:34 combine dumping on another along with another auger cycle risking damage.....why?
Can you reduce the 40-minute combine trip to a far-field by putting the combine on one of your flatbed trucks?
I don't know why they drive them when they have the equipment
They are to tall. They would hit every power line if they haul them. In order to haul those machines you need to take all the tires(tracks) off and put it on a low boy trailer

why 3 back axel ? why not just a short duel axel in the back for more movability in and out fields ?
Haul more weight legally. Maneuverability isn’t really an issue
