Great video and even better product. I love the design of those doors, but I do have a question, is the rubber seal for the door, rated for military chemical weapons or NBC rated to not break down? Like the rubber that's used in protective masks, that rubber won't break down in a chemical attack. Keep up the great work.
Ron, how does the door lock from the inside so lifting that handle from the outside doesn’t let someone in that we’re trying to keep out? Didn’t see that in this video.
Can the outside handle be eliminated to prevent access from the outside getting in? Double means of security incase the bullet proof hatch on the surface is breached

Okay.. I need answers.. 1. What if the area you put this Bunker gets flooded?.. Like if say I get one of these bunkers and put it underground in an area that gets hit by a hurricane, a tidal wave, a flood.. 2. Will this Bunker keep out water?.. 3. How would I get OUT if my escape is underwater and the only way out is under what might as well be an ocean because there would be no way to tell how high the water is from an underground bunker? 4. Will the door even still open if any of those scenarios happened? 5. Earthquakes and/or Sinkholes.. If some sort of fissure, crack, sinkhole, etcetera, were to open up under, around or near this Bunker and causes the bunker to sink further into the ground or ground winds up over the hatch due to an earthquake or sinkhole (like if it sunk and then there was a cave-in over the hatch), how would anyone inside get out? 6. What if someone on the outside puts something heavy over the hatch, how does someone inside get out in a situation like that..

What is the peak rated pressure for the door? 10, 20, 50 psi??? Has one of the doors ever been tested against an explosive blast wave?

Why are the doors outswing instead of opening in?
i guess so in case of blast doors are stronger as it gets pushed against frame. Otherwise only locks hold it in place.
