I've never seen anyone do something this complex with note blocks. That was very interesting to watch, and I had to rewind to try and figure out what was going on with the melody on the right, and the pistons and all that... I think you had the button in the middle just to test it out from that point, right? Really cool... I would rather see what you have here than what I'm about to suggest, but if you picked the right pop songs, I bet you could get millions of views off of this.
I have a railway, and I've always thought of having a simple melody play while you go down the line... I'm going to have to go into creative to plan it out now.
About the question about the button in the middle, yes I did need to use that to test again for each part of the melody, and I didn't erase the redstone line, for the reason this would mark each different section I divided.
