I'm sooooo glad I'm out of gym class cause I was legit the nothing kid which included my friends. The main reason was that we just didn't like sports so we didn't do it and the second one was because that even if we participated my class full of athletes would be like "Oh mY GOd WhY DO yoU SuCK" the entire game even though they would be the ones to drag us into it
Personally, my gym classes always had a mix of like 10-20% atheistic kids, and like 30-40% were the ones in between, who tried and were pretty decent, then the other like 50-60% was either the not trying kids or the obese ones. Also, if it matters I was in the kids who tried and were decent.
Because they drag you on because they want to participate and to have fun with you, they want to be your friends. Then you don’t try, make it harder for them, and less fun for everyone. For example when I was in middle school we where playing a game where you to protect pins. This one kid dived to block a shot and accidentally knocked one over, it was accident and we’re all chill. In the same game a girl was just standing there, talking to her friend and not paying attention. Suddenly a ball game at her and she smacked it out of the way… right into a pin. The whole team was pissed. My point is actually try and don’t be the lazy obese kid.
