I really dig the animations. They are really great. I have a nitpick with the lightning feature in Launch Base Zone for Tails is that it's a bit too much. He gets stunned too fast and barely survived in cutscenes, but I totally get the reference of him being scared of lightning from the OVA though. Other than that, this is solid work!

You have Weathermod set to function a little too aggressively, it is definitely a challenge to play as Miles under Thunderstorm conditions when the strikes happen every Six Seconds and this is why I am happy that there is a toggle to set it to Fifteen, otherwise many zones would be virtually impossible without Debug Mode; if any of you want to make it more of a challenge, set Version 03 of Weathermod to run under Chaos Mode conditions, Weather Chaos truly does make the Speedrun a bit more Tactical because you have to plan out how you address certain conditions (Windy slows down your Right Movement Speed and gets rid of the Balloons in Carnival Night, Thunderstorm obviously causes Miles to get scared upon every strike, and virtually all of the others do not have any major effect on the zone, though Sunny and Sandstorm will impact your ability to see in certain zones that have a Cool (Bluish) palette) and if you play with some Custom Boss mods for each zone to make them harder and also run the Health Point Mode mod (for best impact, give yourself Limitless Stock/Lives, set your Default Health to 075 and your Damage Output to 05 Health Points per Hit; set the Default Health to 0300 if you are playing with Agent Stone and Tenna's bosses, as they will test your patience and endurance) you are in for a massive treat, truly sets the stage to turn Angel Island Revisited into something that stands out more than the base game and it all really helps with what could come in a future Total Conversion. (:
It's not a mod, it's builtin to S3AIR under Options under System called Ghost Sync, if you don't see the System tab or Ghost Sync, then... maybe you missed an update? Idk
