more of this neighbourhood please 😢 such beautiful homes 🤍
Thanks for showing luxurious houses and area.
Beautiful houses & wonderful drive 👍
Thank you for the amazing video of the area with the amazing houses! 🤗
Yes but it is a disaster if you have to take the highway to Montreal in the morning and come back in the afternoon. Forget about it.
This was a great video to watch! I live in the states so it was a great adventure to go on! Afterward, I ended up reading more and more about traveling to Quebec. (When its allowed again). Thank you!
Beautuful thx for sharing
6:33 thats me in my Jeep 🤣🤣
🤣😆 Nice Jeep 👍✌️
we need more of these neighborhood tours :), and thank you Elena
Thank you wawww I love .
These houses are called “McMansion “.
Mass-produced generic luxurious houses.
Superficial appearance and sheer size over quality.
Lx Draper You can’t compare old world mansions with new modern luxury houses.
Theirs absolutely no comparison.
@@lxdr3782 Mc Mansions construction can be quality but are despised for their mixing of architecture styles, disproportional features and general ostentatiousness.
Still better than shitty apartments in Montreal
Honestly I dig the Montreal Mcmansions. They are so much uglier and gaudier than our mcmansions in America but they look so distinctive I like them. It’s also cool that they look like haunted houses even though they are brand new. Partially because the mansard roofs and partly because of the 10’ ceiling height (or so it looks) they look so tall ngl
@@urbanistgod i agree with you. But it's clean compared to Brossard sector N apartments. These apartments in sector N Brossard are especially shittier.
That's a beautiful house. I hope i can have one
LOL i see myself at 6:34 driving my jeep lollll
:) Welcome to my channel :)
I live in the states also and i have to say these homes and other homes thru our canada are totally well built beautifully designed and its looks to be no cut corners like they do here in the states.
The bottom line is those homes and other homes in canada our BUILT with extreme pride. I want to buy a home there..
Nice😉😊😋😎😎😎😎
c'est mon rêve d'y vivre 😍 quand je serai grand, j'y emménagerai
Merci c'est très beau sans commentaire
I’d like to live there. Someday. 🙂
Trop belle! les maisons sont magnifique, mais il n'y a pas les trottoir.
I live in one of these houses 😅
الله يبارك ماشاء الله 🎉

Merci Beaucoup
Toujours avec plaisir🙂🤗
@@ElenaWalks C'est très gentil
So.... Beautiful.. Thanks for sharing this video.. Can u please reply about average price of a house in this area??
Most houses are around 800k to 900k some can even go as low as 500 k
@@MiggyCR So this is middle class neighborhood? Or maybe upper middle ? I mean when saying wealthy i imagine like Beverly Hills(Los Angeles) or Westmount(Montreal).
@@sargisparunakyan6109 Definitely not Middle class. it’s more have the money but not super rich idk how to say it in English
Merci🤗🙂🙂🙂
How are there so many rich people in Montreal?
Aisi hi video banaya karo aap
House price please
Wealthy Laval was like saying wealthy New Jersey…very “k-10”
Interesting there are no sidewalks, wonder if this is the norm now?
most new subdivisions are not adding sidewalks it's cheaper and less materials and makes it look more clean
You have to own a vehicle to live there. Besides, sidewalks aren't necessary in this particular area.
@@jjd7831 i guess no one jogs or walks around their neighborshood..foolish
@@leylina9770 True. Sidewalks should be mandatory everwhere
💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞
I just saw that on my phone and I will text you tomorrow after I get done ....

Luxury mean no privacy.
EL VIDEO ESTA GRABADO MUY RAPIDO NO SE APRECIA BIEN.
Aisi hi video banaya karo subscriber Ma judbata rahu
Are u an immigrant or a real citizen in Canada
You realize an immigrant can become a real citizen in Canada but what I think you meant to say is someone who is born in Canada
wtf
@@MiggyCR An immigrant can never become a real citizen
@@urbanistgod yes you can are you slow?
Way to close to each other....looks horrible...check out the landscaping
It’s Canada. Those are HUGE lots for Canada. Canada is low key a hellscape where all the homes are on small lots, all the houses are overpriced, all the wages are lower than our American wages and all the goods in the stores cost more than in America, plus it’s cold. So basically goods and property costs more and wages are marginally lower than here
