Just saw them last night. Not many could stay in their seats! The whole place was jumping and dancing.
Hee heeee! Summer of 1998 and I was on a road trip with my cousin in Texas, heading for Louisiana. We were stopped at a red light in Beaumont with this song CRANKED and we were singing along to it. A car pulled up alongside us, and there's a state trooper looking at us with the biggest grin you could imagine, his head nodding along to the music. We thought we were going to get nailed for playing our music too loud, but he just gave us a wave and said, "You just made my day! Have fun, boys!"
First time I heard this I thought it was Dwight Yoakam singing surprised me to find out the Maverics never heard them before but I like their music.
