In the normal disc at C4/5, is that now excessive angular motion because of the replaced segemnt below?
I had a friend who had the disc at L1 - L2 removed and replaced in Germany back in 2012. I begged him to go see my doctor at National Spine and Pain Center first to see if PRP and prolotherapy could help. He immediately started to have issues with it and the hardware, and he died about 2 years later at age 42. It was very sad.
I'm sorry to hear about your friend.
How did he die and why?
