do intel processors really have 1 percent better low in pubg, even in the new 7950x3d and 78003d over the 13900k? can you notice in game?

동일 메인보드,램인데 cpu만 12900k 사용중인데 오버를 4200넘게 올려 본적이 없어서요...

The 7950X3D is not my system
A few months ago I bought the 5800x3d to play PUBG. However, there are recurring and annoying micro stutterings only in this game. Does this Ryzen X3D video cache also do this? What about Intel?
Intel is running well. Did you turn off amdtpm?

Well, on my system, in Bios it looks like this:
SMT (Cpu): disable
Amd FTPM:
select TPM device: enable firmware TPM
Erase fTPM NV for factory reset: Enable
detail, there is no option to disable tpm, there are only two options: tpm firmware or tpm discrete (which would be an external chip that connects to the motherboard). My motherboard is Asus TUF B550-M Plus. I did some bios updates, I don't know if it has anything to do with this.

ddr5 가 아닌 dd4로 4400 cl15가 로우에선 한수위군요.
0:21 ddr4 8*2 16g인것도 표시해 두시면 처음보시는 분들도 좀 더 좋을듯 합니다.
저두 하두 찾아보다보니 8*2란걸 어렵게 알게되었어요.
ddr4같은 클럭에서 16*2 가 프레임 조금 더 좋다고 알고있는데 (플레이신유튜버) 16기가 듀얼은 오버에서 좀 불리하니 같은클럭으로 비교하기엔 힘들겠네요.
ddr4 마지막 최고점으로 비교하기에 너무 좋은 영상입니다.

Your friend should try in BIOS to disable the 8 cores with no Vcache. PUBG is much better with only the 8 Vcache cores for 7950X3D! 20-30% increased FPS

7800X3D vs 13900KS?
intel está com beneficios, memoria com mt oc, e no ryzin o infinit fabric está errado
139k 4400 cl15정도면 1low가 대부분 교전에서 많이 높다가
10:35에서 연막에 순간적으로 4080 gpu 풀로드 걸리고 1low가 많이 떨어집니다. 7x3d처럼 4090이었으면 차이를 쭉 유지 했을수 있겠네요. cpu만 보면 1low가 상당한 차이 같은데요~
가장 악조건인 배그에서 1low가 이런 양상이니, 137k+ 4200램 구성정도가 가성비 꿀셋팅 같네요~

라이젠 시스템이 4090이라서 더 아쉽네요. 4090에선 로드율이 너무 안나옵니다. 4080이었으면 조금 더 높았을수도 있습니다.
