Nice video. Considering all narrow roads and traffic reaching to the project, ull feel all peace relaxing in your balcony at twenty fifth floor with pleasant wind and a chup of chai 😅

Looks like first demonetization & now chinavirus indirectly broke the back of many builder-politician allies... therefore we see near stalled projects with incomplete basic infra & to recover all these losses + to keep lobby happy they are asking sky high prices for major slowed & charm less projects.
With these kinda surge in the rates either city market will soon compete with the mumbai infra pricing or the bubble will burst.

Pune’s Eastern part infrastructure is worst with no signs of improvement. I wonder how come builders are charging exorbitant prices in areas like keshav nagar or hadapsar without any basic infrastructure. And I also wonder who and why purchasing flats in such shabby areas. You said it right. Pune is trying to reach Mumbai level in terms of real estate. But, at the same time Maharashtra government is completely forgetting the fact that they have to be cost efficient and need to provide lands on competitive rates to setup industry. No wonder why Maharashtra is loosing major industry in recent time due to bad infrastructure and highly expensive land or rentals.

@@7001nikhil True.... Ironically East pune residents think West Pune infra, driving sense, culture is worst & west pune residents think east pune area is worst due to constant traffic, too much cosmopolitan areas & water crises...
The most savage thing is conservative central Pune or Old Pune city [The main city] residents don't even consider both east or west part as the part of Pune & still call it half baked suburban outskirts of Pune..😅

@@adityadange954 I have been to almost all Metro Cities. Worked in Pune and Hyderabad for a considerable time. And I must say quite a good number of population in Pune is arrogant. I have seen local punekars calling names for even Marathi people migrating to city for job from other parts of maharashtra. I have seen many punekars crying over development of city and generation of jobs. They usually blame outsiders for not getting a job instead of upskilling themselves. I have not seen such things in Hyderabad and people are very open minded. As punekars are more interested in politics than industrialisation, many infrastructure projects are stalled since many years as people aren’t ready to give up their lands even on higher prices. Crime rate is on rise and law-n-order situation is worsening day by day. Government has to tighten the control and need to execute infrastructure projects asap else forget about industry. The way even tier-2 cities like Jaipur, Chandigarh and Indore are growing no new industry will prefer pune due to poor infrastructure.
If Maharashtra state government and corporation bodies thinking that they will get investments without investing on infrastructure then they’re wrong.
