We just stayed at Surfside last week and we enjoyed less people at the pool and hotel. It was not overcrowded at all. Beautiful hotel and great value suites.
We are staying at Surfside and the decision was mainly due to costs but now having watched reviews I think Surfside is a better fit for our holiday x thanks so much for sharing - we enjoyed watching for your newest subscribers x
Didn't mention: where the arcade is, which resort is better for the complimentary buses and which resort is better to access I-Drive (which is, imo, the biggest bonus of this resort)... I think I'm edging towards Surfside for the buses and I-Drive
Both Surfside & Dockside appeal to families. I would suggest Universal’s Aventura Hotel if you’re looking for a more adults only experience. Thanks for your comment
Will they allow Luggage to be shipped ahead, or do you know? We're staying at Dockside this September. So, thank you for this informative video, I think we made the right choice! We would love to ship Luggage, rather than take it on plane, so we'll free up time and money.

One thing you didn’t mention that a lot have is the bust and transportation is closer to the Surfside I’ve read and it’s a touch less busy and a touch better service? Would you say
I would agree that it is less busy at the Surfside transportation area primarily because it's a smaller hotel with fewer people. It can get very crowded at Dockside. Since both hotels are across the street from each other, you can always walk over. Thanks for your comment!
