The coronation was in Durban and yes they do bungee jumping and cable cars. There are restaurants, a gymn and rental office suites within the stadium. It's the home of AmaZulu FC #Hebe.
Fun fact, there are 3 stadiums on the same street, next to Moses mabhida is the rugby stadium and about 1 mile in the opposite direction is the Sahara cricket stadium.

Very informative video, but I think it lacks views from inside the stadiums. Most shots are aerial so you really see the complete beauty of these stadiums. The Soccer City stadium is breath taking from the inside.

One of the better looking stadiums to me is the Mbombela stadium in Mbombela/Nelspruit.
Held together by pillars resembling giraffes.
I stay 3 minutes away from the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Such a beautiful structure. And it has 1 of the best pitches in South Africa.
On the closing roof part, In Africa you wont necessarily find stadiums that have roofs that close because our climate is generally warm. Even though it rains, but it doesnt happen a lot during matches like in Europe for example.
So a roof that closes is not a necessity cause its hot this side.

The world cup wasn't gonna be played in those houses though. We are not just 1 dimensional as the narrative about us is. Government-sponsored houses are still being built for the poor as we speak.
