I’ve been driving professionally for 22 years now, 20 of which is local to semi local( get home everyday) .My experience with cameras started about 2 years ago in which the company had inward and outward facing cameras. It was a very negative experience with some petty write ups for little BS nothing.I feel these cameras are a breach of trust between the carrier and the drivers.Who wants a Cyber Satan camera staring at them all of the time, it has a very negative affect on the driver and it’s disrespectful in my opinion.Drivers need to quit in mass and let these companies know in no uncertain terms it’s a big No. If things don’t change its time to get out of trucking.
Cameras came around 9 months ago give or take. The lease truck payments went up in a similar time 2-300 bucks more. A week. Freight rates went down but the company is paying the cost of the system that doesn’t get us the drivers a discounted insurance. But gets a discounted rate to the prime company. How does this save me money again. If I don’t wreck I don’t pay the deductible. That’s how it works. There is a master plan for this fleet and the best revenue stream is the student factory. A few years ago if a student quit six months into the year they paid half the bill of the training cost. Seven weeks ago it was confirmed to me that if the student does 364 days. Then the student will pay the full 4400 bucks to prime now the freight is slow and we are now trying for new trainers to train while doing solo loads and paying primes employee times your current cost by one and a half but your revenue goes up by 20 percent??? Make it make sense. In seven years it hasn’t felt like a slave system until the last 15 months. Slave to the payment.
Im remembering a lawsuit a few years back over this was the reason swift and a few other companies removed driver facing cameras and just have the forward facing.
We need to get enough drivers to sign an agreement to take off for three days. And all do it at the same time. Have an attorney notify Prime that if they don’t cease the Netradyne roll out immediately there will be a work stoppage of X,000 drivers in one week. When Prime ignores it (and they will) everyone takes three days off. Then have the attorney go back and tell them again to pull Netradyne or in one week X,000 drivers will be quitting.
That’s a great idea. I wanna see this happen. 🤔😂. But may drivers are complicit in this nonsense. They don’t care about the cameras. I think it’s an invasion, especially since these cameras talk to you. That’s creepy
I listened to the audiobook The 4th Turning is Here, every turning is 10 years and then on the 80 year mark we have a seculum. The book theorizes that the seculum we are in jives with the thing where we all have to pay because of just 1 person.. i think that is why harming grandma was so popular a few years back to these folks.. anyways really cool to get your read on the body language.. its hard knowing all this and can feel isolating.. Nothing is wrong when folks don't see.. keep on being strong
I remember a guy that was turned down by Prime because his wife had cancer and he was unemployed because he had to do more by himself at home. He ended up getting a job at another place and I'm pretty sure he is still there. That was Prime's loss.
Great video. Not in trade, but my guess is inward facing cameras will end up like red light cameras: no decrease in accidents or accidents may actually increase. And yep, these non company drivers are treated just like employees, not the independent 1099 contractors Prime claims they are; seems completely bogus. And yep, Prime is very happy to shed drivers now, as are many other transport companies; any resignations will be very welcomed.
In the event of an accident, the last 12 hours of inward facing video/audio will be subpoenaed by the court in discovery. The inward cameras are solely to help prosecute you in court. Prime doesn't mind because most of their drivers are 1099 lease
If they have camera in your face don’t drive for them there’s other companies out there don’t have cameras that camera is not for your safety it’s just to get you fired that’s bullshit it’s not about insurance if you have to watch me drive the truck then you can drive it yourself because I would not work for them because drivers come a dime a dozen
I'm a retired driver, but I enjoy checking out the various videos concerning trucking. I simply say thanks for an awesome straight forward video. I look forward to hearing from you very soon. God bless you and stay safe...
They should put a camera facing everyone in the office and one that monitor them at home. Inward facing cameras are not a good thing for the trucking industry.
Jbhunt did the same thing. I left because I was popping up every week for some bs. I'm not talking about on my phone or distracted driver, I'm talking about putting some gas on the downhill so I can have some speed going up hill or the Ai picking up offramp speeds on the highway and flag me for doing 20+ over the speed limit. What really pissed me off was my company calling me, knowing I can't answer the phone but being pissed if I didn't answer. So basically it's against policy to stop on the side of the road so basically every time they call I gotta get off the highway and stop or else get picked up by the camera as using a phone while driving
Prime should face massive lawsuits for invasion of privacy and the insurance companies as well. No one and no company is lawful to invade anyone privacy. You can’t just grab something out of the air and make it a rule. Laws was put in place to keep the government in check not the people.
I'm not drinking the corporate safety cool aid. My truck is mine. I have the title. View establishment can kiss my behind. I'm going to drive my truck the way I choose.
Inward facing cameras means automatic lose of any lawsuit. Whether if it is the driver’s fault or not. Any good lawyer will say “look; he looks tired”. Jury says yes he does.
Prime has a history of dishonesty. They were successfully sued by OOIDA years ago for violating the “truth” in leasing regulations. So I wouldn’t believe them on what their intentions were but regardless they are choosing to go that direction. The only way to stop it is if enough 1099 contractors and/or hired carriers say NO! Trust me if enough of their drivers say NO and mean it and are willing to walk away they will backtrack. It’s all about two things: defense against accident lawsuits and winning favor with the FMCSA. It might lower their catastrophic accident insurance rate but otherwise they are like all the big carriers, self insured.
@@Tay.juhWoods they have such a turnover and make their living on bringing in inexperienced (green) new drivers that they’ll likely get away with it. I am familiar with a carrier , privately owned, out of Lincoln, NE that a number of years ago sent out a notice that they were going to stop allowing pets due to interior wear and tear on the trucks and giving current drivers with pets a short period of time to get their pets off the truck or face termination. They pay above average and had an above average reputation in the industry and thought because of that it wouldn’t hurt their driver retention. They quickly found out they were wrong, pets are like family and they started losing drivers with pets quickly. They reversed their decision within a couple months. Point is if enough Prime drivers do the same, they’ll reverse it.
You got that right. Prime was trying to push me into a lease before I even got my CDL and then I found out about the inward cameras. Told them to go to hell.
Just like a few years ago when there was that cpap recall guess who didn’t shutdown half their fleet? We were told not too use it it took about 6 months to get a replacement and was still charging a 2 dollar a something monitoring fee per week . So much for safety…….
@@travistrimmer381 never been about Safety. It’s about control and money. The more ridiculous regulations these Big Carriers blindly follow even if they’re not regs just proposals, the more it helps put the smaller carriers and independents out of business as they can’t afford to keep up. Plus they figure out how to make the IC (actually not really independent) pay for it.
Dang,my company is putting them in our trucks also by next month, they say no live streaming of driver just live streaming facing outward the only time they will watch us inside truck if something triggers the camera I guess like sudden stop or movement
Will prime put cameras on the dispatcher computers so drivers can see AND hear what is said?? Will prime put cameras in the conference room so drivers can see and hear what all the bosses have to say?? Why not??How about if I drive naked?? Does that camera record when I’m on break, in the sleeper?? Or secretly??? How about secret audio?? And O/O trucks as well!! Not a chance…..see ya!!!
Don't threaten just leave unless you like people spying you . They say its for safety ...thats horse manure , its about them getting cheaper insurance and they can also fire you easier if you dont behave the way they want you to
The cameras also give more evidence to prosecuting lawyers in court during discovery. They can play back the video and make up a bunch of BS and argue it's all your fault. Did you touch your face for a few seconds? Touch the radio? Touch your phone? Look away for just a few seconds too long? Inward cameras are a disaster
ELD’S Now Cameras meanwhile the kids at McDonald’s are making more money. Worst decision Prime can make and 2 years from now the CEO will be Fired because he destroyed Prime. Quit Drivers So many other companies out there “F” those cameras 👎🏼
I think it goes deeper than people realize. What do I mean? Is it collecting data? If yes, is it analyzing human behavior and traffic? If yes, the main purpose is to accelerate self-driving trucks and gain approval for use on the road. Just my two cents. In the book "The 48 Laws of Power," Law 12 states to Use Selective Honesty and Generosity to Disarm Your Victim. Many companies employ this tactic.
I have experience driving vehicles with the Netradyne camera system. It's not nearly as invasive as people think. You can still sip your drink, look at the scenery, and so forth. It's not a live feed system either. It records but only save the recording when certain incidents occur like looking down at your phone while driving or running a stop light/sign. They aren't watching you sleep or anything like that. If you are already a good focused driver, then its unlikely you will get dinged for anything. That being said, I'm not trying to argue FOR the cameras,. I'm just trying to offer my experience for anyone who chooses to stay with a company who installs cameras, so that they can have a little peace of mind knowing its not some kind of big brother spy device like some people make it out to be.
Instead of cramming technology down everybody's throat. Why don't they take the time and spend the money to hire? Qualify drivers if you cannot drive an 18 speed manual, you should not have a CD L
It won't help the driver at all, prime saving money at the sacrifice of the driver, them guys are lying, many drivers will leave but you are just a number with prime and theres plenty of puppets waiting to go thru the school,,
Netradyne is a company SPECIFICALLY training AI to drive trucks autonomously. They want our data. Prime wants cameras on drivers. So they cut a deal. It's real simple, sadly.
No. Netradyne is collecting information for first/final mile logistics, which by summer 2025, more than half of trucking will be. Trains to do the long haul, and trucks doing the final haul. The cameras are an added bonus to eliminate lease drivers in the companies favor. Remember, company lease is illegal, many thousands of dollars will be assessed by the IRS starting July first, then October first.
Prime is wack for that. Never will I ever own a truck and run under any company that will throw a camera in my face🫣 I’m local and deal with inward cameras, but not as bad as having to live in a truck. I mean if they think self driving trucks will be a better option then🤷🏽All I see is disaster on the roads. I can never see that happening as the norm. I’m sure those will be much more expensive to maintain and not to mention people who will vandalize and put those trucks Out of service😅
Wow. What a great story. Yeah you’re so right on these issues. I strongly believe if anyone is working for prime or JBS carriers leave now let’s stop the B/S . We are slowly having our rights and privacy stripped away.
@Tanker.Ts.Life.Journey Yeah plus nobody wants their boss checking to see if their awake or asking if their ignoring calls on purpose, it should be obvious being in a truck for a month or 2 already sucks I don't wanna talk to my boss when my shift is over.
What amazes me is that prime decided to go with the technology that uses AI to coach drivers. Other companies like Hirschbach have inward facing cameras that don’t record or create coachable moments powered by AI. Yes, most companies are going to adopt inward facing cameras for insurance and legal purposes. It’s probably going to be a regular thing. But for a company to choose AI powered cameras versus non-AI powered cameras I don’t understand that
I’m honestly tired of hearing about the camera most companies have then either get over it or quit and if drivers woulda of done what they where supposed to do we probably wouldn’t have the cameras that’s why are freight is down I’m not going to quit because they put them in if drivers do more freight for me
Prine are using the cameras to collect data for driverless trucks. Now the question is who is the data going too and how much of a kickback are prime getting in return. Imo
Insurance look for ways to NOT pay benefits. They offer companies incentives to implement any system that insurance companies think will offer a way to bail out on a claim. COMPANIES should consider if the little premium benefit is worth any video interpretation that insurance could use to leave a company with the tab of a disaster. Insurance exits to make money, not pay claims. With government insurance mandates, insurance companies have an almost free hand in devising ways to MAKE MORE MONEY BY NOT PAYING A CLAIM IF A VIDEO OF THE DRIVERS FACE AND CAB CAN BE USED TO DO SO. - Justified or not.
A Prime driver couldn't kill a soul. Every one of those trucks i see on the road, cruise at about 30 MPH...... on the INTERSTATE, and almost always have their highbeams on at night. Some of the slowest trucks you'll ever see.
When I drove for jb hunt they didn't have an inward camera in the truck I was driving but I was told they were trying to downsize so I guess inward cameras are their reasons for wanting drivers to quit.
Everybody is getting them. Small companies and big companies. The only way to not have them is completely have your own insurance, own trailer, and find your own loads. Completely run under your own dot number. The camera footage can be subpoenaed in court. It is not a learning tool it is a tool to scold you. And yes the audio is on
I drive for swift, they had them and dumped them before i started 7 years ago. So i dont see them bringing it back. Also, i used to drive for mts, they had them and i taped over it. Noone said a word.
When the damn accountants and insurance agents run the trucking company that’s when it starts to go downhill. When the company looks at the 5 to 10% savings might be able to get by putting a nanny cam in the truck that’s when you start losing drivers.
That theory about Prime trying to discourage new drivers from applying for jobs or pushing current drivers out don’t make any sense. Reduce driver recruitment and low freight will eventually make drivers leave. Why go spend millions of dollars on cameras when you just let a truck sit for a couple of weeks and the driver will move on for themselves?
Well, freight is low already. Prime does have a quota for company drivers. Lease drivers are always welcomed to join prime because that’s just how the company is… they make their money through lease purchase and reefer freight. All I have to go by is anecdotal evidence that inward facing cameras deter new drivers from coming to prime. You go on their RUclips channel, the comments are overwhelmingly negative… pissed off drivers that are threatening to leave. Even people in my comments that don’t even wanna go to prime because of this
The only way your own boss in trucking is if you make truck payments to a bank, find your loads, do your own accounting, repairs your own equipment, & have your own authority and DOT number. Lease purchase has been a scam. It a story old as time, but yet each year these carriers lure new gullible drivers in with look at all this money you can make! Lease carrier drivers actually earn less money than employees considering the benefits they give up. Like for example no 401k with company match. That’s a big one. Most everyday people hit millionaire status in their 50’s from their 401ks and their home equity. Maybe a lease driver here can tell me, do you get health insurence through your carrier? Couple years ago I bought private health insurence and my premium was 500 per month and they wanted to raise it to 550 the next! I canceled it. I’m a single relatively health 35 yr old who doesn’t smoke. If you do smoke or have a family god help you.
I agree with this. I do not think it is worth it being a lease operator at all. Especially when you can make way more as a company driver depending on which speciality
I almost fell for the scam as well. Thankfully by sheer luck the inward facing announcement happened a few weeks back and I cancelled everything with Prime before I signed any documents. Turns out they wanted me to train in a leased truck which would have been super stressful now that I know how it works. Prime seems like a garbage company
DONT FREAKING DO IT! If you want your own truck then go to the bank and buy one. Stay away from this place...I'm telling you straight up. Find a good company driver job and forget lease purchase. Btw...I'm a 20 yrs 4 million mile driver.
Are you aware that these cameras are illegal in Illinois? Look it up as far as lawsuits against Samsara, a popular camera system. Also i am a diabetic so i have to eat or drink at different points in the day. I cannot simply pull over to drink. Thats asinine.
That was because they didn't provide certain disclosures or obtain permission, cameras aren't illegal in Illinois if the disclosure or permission requirements are met
Another great video with great information. I can understand cameras being in day cabs for local companies due to tight parking situations and routes you may end up taking but for these regional and OTR drivers I really don’t see the point. The cameras are ALWAYS on a live feed so at what point does this become an invasion of privacy for drivers?
Oh yeah for sure. I remember watching a video from some that works a prime. Someone in management claimed that the cameras go in “privacy mode” after 10 minutes. And that’s contrary to what they’re claiming about the cameras completely shutting off when the truck is off. It’s absolute insanity. Can’t wait to get out while I can at Schneider and go local.
@@Tay.juhWoods How much more time do you want or have to spend at Schneider before you can go local? I know you were talking about going to do fuel hauling right?
@@TayTheLocalTrucker I’ve been here for 7 months. So about 5 more months. But my biggest concern is that, by the time I get my 1 year experience at Schneider, it’ll be during the holiday season. Lots of jobs have hiring freezes during the holiday season. So I may be stuck at Schneider until January 2025.
Never could understand why any driver would pay a company to haul their freight, essentially that’s what you’re doing lease purchasers or whatever. The easy way for a company to boost profits is to cut the workforce less people to pay but have the remaining employees do more work that seems to be an ongoing trend in corporate America nowadays and we know how companies like to copycat off of each other. Great content as always. Be Blessed Be Safe
Truck drivers are sheep. They will complain and then just keep working for prime. Truck drivers are 100% talk. 0% action. It’s like a dog that has a big mouth but can’t bark. Good video
Not true, Prime has already lost close to 200 drivers since the announcement. More to come. I used to work there but left this past Dec due to an injury, I will not be going back
Tape over it. Done. If they fire you take tge prime ceo vid about the cameras to unemployment hearing. They lied, even said beforehand it was a privacy concern.
Yup. Which is why I am going local. I know it’s common practice among local companies to have inward facing cameras. And I honestly don’t care, because I’m home at the end of the day.

Most of us older drivers don't want a electronic version of Barney Fife with us harassing us for every little thing.
Based on what I heard, the camera actually speaks to you if it senses you distracted, eating, falling asleep, etc…

The watchers want to watch and control drivers by micromanaging. The problem is, who's watching the watchers?.
I thought Prime was self insured?
Im remembering a lawsuit a few years back over this was the reason swift and a few other companies removed driver facing cameras and just have the forward facing.
Prime will have their day 💯
We need to get enough drivers to sign an agreement to take off for three days.
As a owner op, I'd be looking for a exit outta there asap!
I feel that. Sorry about this
I listened to the audiobook The 4th Turning is Here, every turning is 10 years and then on the 80 year mark we have a seculum.
Yup. Prime is no go for me. I will not have that invasion of privacy in my truck.
I remember a guy that was turned down by Prime because his wife had cancer and he was unemployed because he had to do more by himself at home. He ended up getting a job at another place and I'm pretty sure he is still there. That was Prime's loss.
Wait till drivers start hiring lawyers and suing back! $$$$
Trucking is getting more worse every day.
In the event of an accident, the last 12 hours of inward facing video/audio will be subpoenaed by the court in discovery. The inward cameras are solely to help prosecute you in court. Prime doesn't mind because most of their drivers are 1099 lease
I see. That’s interesting. and we all know this, too. It’s all about incriminating the driver
I see what you mean
I'm a retired driver, but I enjoy checking out the various videos concerning trucking. I simply say thanks for an awesome straight forward video. I look forward to hearing from you very soon. God bless you and stay safe...
They should put a camera facing everyone in the office and one that monitor them at home. Inward facing cameras are not a good thing for the trucking industry.
You’re absolutely correct.
This industry has been ruined with all this micro management of almost everything.
It’s such a shame too
Prime should face massive lawsuits for invasion of privacy and the insurance companies as well. No one and no company is lawful to invade anyone privacy. You can’t just grab something out of the air and make it a rule. Laws was put in place to keep the government in check not the people.
Pretty well done vid. I like your no-nonsense style.
I'm not drinking the corporate safety cool aid.
My truck is mine. I have the title.
View establishment can kiss my behind.
I'm going to drive my truck the way I choose.
You’re very smart. ✊🏾💪🏾
Not going to drive a truck with this, will quit the industry first
Inward facing cameras means automatic lose of any lawsuit. Whether if it is the driver’s fault or not. Any good lawyer will say “look; he looks tired”. Jury says yes he does.
Yup. Sure does! Ridiculous
Exactly! As a prime driver this is exactly what I’ve been telling these fools at prime that are saying it’s not that bad.
I would love to see drivers push back against this.
It sounds to me like they need to pay every single driver over there on a W-2 if that’s how they’re going to treat them
And stop making the lease driver trainers pay their students.
@@Tay.juhWoods Yah that is horrible.
Company's never back up there drivers if they are at fault.
You got that right
"Companies" "Their".
Lower insurance costs??? What about costs of the camera and them monitoring the driver and truck,so that's for free??😂
Yeah that’s free. No charge to the company or else drivers. But it’s required for everyone
They can call it what they want, but it's a violation of privacy and thats a fact.
Great video! Thank you for your research and commentary. Also thank you for raising awareness on this issue.
Thank you for watching ☺️
Another great video Tajae'. With all the garbage coming down, I'm in the process of changing careers. Love your videos and be safe out there.
Much appreciated, as always! Best of luck to you 🙂
Don't threaten just leave unless you like people spying you . They say its for safety ...thats horse manure , its about them getting cheaper insurance and they can also fire you easier if you dont behave the way they want you to
Yeah that’s honestly the best way to protest… just leave. Don’t even entertain the foolishness
😂😂😂 Yup. Kids at the Golden Arches are making $15-$20 an hour.
McDonalds is automating a lot for their locations. Ordering via kiosk and mobile app. Only workers left will be the cooks
"its not a live feed system either. it records but only save the recording" 😂😂 thats a live feed
Until they update the software and add more functionality. It will happen. Slippery slope
Instead of cramming technology down everybody's throat. Why don't they take the time and spend the money to hire? Qualify drivers if you cannot drive an 18 speed manual, you should not have a CD L
I swear I have the best audience! Y’all have the strongest opinions 🤣🤣🤣
I worked for swift and cfi they let us cover the camera with tape
It won't help the driver at all, prime saving money at the sacrifice of the driver, them guys are lying, many drivers will leave but you are just a number with prime and theres plenty of puppets waiting to go thru the school,,
@@thomastillage6128 so sad
They need to start passing anti-surveillance laws or this will just keep getting worse. Trying to complain to your company is useless.
Yep that’s very true
No different than working any other job that has company cameras watching you all day long. Why should driving be any different?
@666cemetaryslut bc my truck its my home?
The answer to this problem is simple: just look for another company
They can watch you live steam anytime they want .
Exactly. Which is why it’s BS.
Netradyne is a company SPECIFICALLY training AI to drive trucks autonomously. They want our data. Prime wants cameras on drivers. So they cut a deal. It's real simple, sadly.
Oh wow. That’s wild
Carriers are just trying to make the drivers liable to be sued. That’s all it is.
I was going to prime. Once i heard this, i said hell no.
Same here man
Prime is wack for that.
This is a very good point. Thank you for your input 😊
Wow. What a great story. Yeah you’re so right on these issues. I strongly believe if anyone is working for prime or JBS carriers leave now let’s stop the B/S . We are slowly having our rights and privacy stripped away.
I agree
Company has this dumb shit in them. Absolutely hate it. And yes they can hear you. Don't believe them
Inward cameras are fine in a daycab ,not so much with a sleeper.
Yeah exactly. It’s insanity. And Prime is an OTR company. I feel sorry for the drivers
@Tanker.Ts.Life.Journey Yeah plus nobody wants their boss checking to see if their awake or asking if their ignoring calls on purpose, it should be obvious being in a truck for a month or 2 already sucks I don't wanna talk to my boss when my shift is over.
You snapped ✊🏾✊🏾 sad to see a company going bad
What amazes me is that prime decided to go with the technology that uses AI to coach drivers.
Other companies like Hirschbach have inward facing cameras that don’t record or create coachable moments powered by AI.
Yes, most companies are going to adopt inward facing cameras for insurance and legal purposes. It’s probably going to be a regular thing. But for a company to choose AI powered cameras versus non-AI powered cameras I don’t understand that
like who wantS To drive 10 miles witH A COP FOLLOWING U-- NEVERMIND HAVING A CAMNERA FOR The whole tRIP
I’m honestly tired of hearing about the camera most companies have then either get over it or quit and if drivers woulda of done what they where supposed to do we probably wouldn’t have the cameras that’s why are freight is down I’m not going to quit because they put them in if drivers do more freight for me
At prime you won't control anything, you are a employee, that's all
Yup 💯
Prine are using the cameras to collect data for driverless trucks. Now the question is who is the data going too and how much of a kickback are prime getting in return. Imo
Leave Prime…immediately. Never stand for such outrageous and blatant disrespect.
The company really doesn't make decisions the insurance companies brought it to their attention first
Insurance look for ways to NOT pay benefits.
Yeah. I think these trucking companies are plotting against the truckers
Everybody is getting them. Small companies and big companies. The only way to not have them is completely have your own insurance, own trailer, and find your own loads. Completely run under your own dot number. The camera footage can be subpoenaed in court. It is not a learning tool it is a tool to scold you. And yes the audio is on
lol. Facts 🤣
Right on
That theory about Prime trying to discourage new drivers from applying for jobs or pushing current drivers out don’t make any sense.
Prime seems like a garbage company
i wonder if this means ill have a better chance of getting on with them now? havnt gotten permit yet but plan on it in next few weeks
Go for it!
The boomers talk about new drivers/young drivers but literally admitting run stop signs back in the day🤣 old heads are funny
i literally leave out for prime in a couple days .. you personally got me not wanting to go anymore 🤯
Go at your own risk ⚠️
DONT FREAKING DO IT! If you want your own truck then go to the bank and buy one. Stay away from this place...I'm telling you straight up. Find a good company driver job and forget lease purchase.
Btw...I'm a 20 yrs 4 million mile driver.
Drive naked
Our camera got us tons of extra freight not crashing or being late you can charge a premium
I see. Interesting
Quit for your children! This is a bad beginning of the end
Mhm.
Are you aware that these cameras are illegal in Illinois? Look it up as far as lawsuits against Samsara, a popular camera system. Also i am a diabetic so i have to eat or drink at different points in the day. I cannot simply pull over to drink. Thats asinine.
I was not aware of that. That’s crazy
@@Tay.juhWoods ohhhh I understand. It really could go either way. Nevertheless, someone will hire you for sure.
Thank you, Jeff. So sad that Prime is known for this: Leasing and Reefer. That’s how they make their money
You completely wrong
@@banksboy6806 can you elaborate?
@@Tay.juhWoods lease operator ain’t paying a company to haul their freight
Not sure why someone would say that because you are getting paid by the company
Truck drivers are sheep. They will complain and then just keep working for prime. Truck drivers are 100% talk. 0% action. It’s like a dog that has a big mouth but can’t bark. Good video
Not true, Prime has already lost close to 200 drivers since the announcement. More to come. I used to work there but left this past Dec due to an injury, I will not be going back
Boy you can't even grow a beard yet. Shutup
Green horns. With 6 months on road. Already know everything..
Tape over it. Done.
If they fire you take tge prime ceo vid about the cameras to unemployment hearing.
They lied, even said beforehand it was a privacy concern.
Remember the war on drugs...nancy Reagan said..just say no..just say no to cameras
Oh okay 🤣🤣🤣
I love these videos and the background is nice❤❤ keep going
All big companies are going to cameras...its not going away
Yup. Which is why I am going local. I know it’s common practice among local companies to have inward facing cameras. And I honestly don’t care, because I’m home at the end of the day.
That’s a BUNCH of Crap !!!!!!
Inward facing camera Violates privacy !!!
I work for Amazon and they record us 24/7 with this same system. It does lower dangers bc it forces everyone to try harder to be safe. But I dont own the van I drive So i understand why im forced to have it. If I owned the vehicle I would not like it. But thats whatever. Hope the best for you.
