    Also you are training your arms to go back if you keep doing this method. When you’re popping your board and your arms start to go up bend your elbows and keep your arms in front of you. Once you start doing spin tricks your arms will naturally want to cross helping your rotations.

    Move your front foot just behind the corner bolt. Looks like when you go for the flip your front foot is leaving early. Make sure you wait for that pop. Practice doing knee raise Ollie’s and your pop will grow in your kick flips

    You gotta wait for the flick, make sure you're popping all the way down, then sliding your foot and flicking and guiding it with your knee.
