Pretty good hunt I'd say . Chicken and dumplings tonight. Feel sorry for your sidekick , he never gets to shoot but once. Had a single barrel shotgun #16 ga , put a lot of meals on the table with it as a kid. Thinking of getting an a5 , can you use buckshot out of it?? I live in Va. It's anything but flat here lol. It's either uphill or downhill where I live. But we have birds . They had choke problems about 5 years ago when I was researching them , so I passed on one. Saw another one and watched your video , are your chokes right on ???
The A5 has been a great gun for me with zero issues. It does come with a shim kit that I used and a longer butt stock. After putting those on (very simple) I have shot well with it Not sure on buck shot as I don’t shoot that. I use Bismuth and it really likes that
I watched this video - saw gun barrels pointed up, pointed down, pointed backwards, pointed AT YOUR DOGS. No way I would ever, ever, hunt with you boys.
Appreciate your feedback! Cameras do give different angles of where the gun may actually be pointed. We will take your comment into consideration during our next hunt. Where do you recommend having guns pointed if not up or back?
I just bought a Browning A5 lightning sweet 16! Look forward to shooting it. I have an A5 Hunter III 12ga and it’s been great.
The lighting is super nice!
Nice to see an older Wingmaster like your buddy is using.
That gun is super nice that he is using!
To bad Remington isn't making anything that good anymore in the 870 line. I have an older 20 gauge lightweight mag. And a TB trap. Great guns.
Just purchased that gun tonight...excited for bird hunting this fall.
Let us know how you like it!!
@@flushemndustem I absolutely love it. Have several high end Franchi upland guns but the sweet 16 is now the favorite.
Love your choice of shotgun and ammo, I shoot the same and it is a deadly combination.
Will be more deadly once I put some of your tips to use!
@@flushemndustem keep me posted on your progress
I bought my sweet 16 Belgium 1971
That is a good year for them!
I only paid $175 new
Nice to see Goldens actually out hunting. Is your Browning A5 16 the old version or the new model?
I wish it was the old version but I like the new ones as well
Excellent hunting my friend, is the 16 caliber re-emerging in the USA? I love that caliber for hunting. Greetings from Argentina
Definitely a great gauge! Thanks for following along!
Goes to show always happens when you let your guard down lol. Happens too often on ruffs
Agreed! They always get you at that moment
Nice Hunting there Brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Much appreciated!!
What choke and shot are you using on the 16?
Using a full choke with Boss Ammo size 5

Use any kind of shot you want.
How do you like the A5?
I’ve really like it, super light, easy to shoulder and it looks dang good. Definitely the nicest gun I own
@@flushemndustem right on I was stuck between the A5 and the beretta A400 upland but no one has the a400 so A5 it is
Jeremy Lowery I was actually looking at the a400 as well until I held onto the A5 and before I could put it down I was making the purchase haha
