Absolutely love this film, such fantastic music, such great message overall, believable characters, awesome acting and dancing -I am 70 and I must have watched it over a dozen times -defo my favorite 'couch' film

Loved this movie so much! I’m religious but don’t usually watch these kinds of movies, but I came across this one on Netflix, purely because I love summer camps, musicals, and romance! Hoping for a sequel to come up soon!
Bailee Madison also played Maxine on Wizards of Waverly Place. That’s for sure the #1 show I remember her from. Both her and Kevin Quinn are Disney actors!

Believe in JESUS, we are all sinners deserving the wrath of GOD, because we sin against a holy and just and perfect GOD. Therefore we all deserve the punishment hell, but GOD in his rich grace and mercy by which he loved us sent JESUS to die for us on the cross to leave his throne and suffer for us. To be the perfect sacrifice for us because he himself was sinless and perfect. That if we would have a repentant heart and believe in JESUS and place our faith in Him, we will be saved from the eternal punishment which is hell, and be given eternal life. ll
I loved the movie a week away on Netflix because it shows you just how much you get out of a church camp and that no matter what happens in life that God will always love and protect you just like in a situation where you are singing with lots of friends and family and that everyone just loves to enjoy and show God how much they truly love him and like with Avery and Will when will arrives he catches avery’s attention and thinks if he will be good enough for him but toward the end Avery asks will if he just runs away from his anger and he just walks on while Avery leaves upset but a few minutes later he returns to camp and he tells Avery how she is right and that he truly knows how much god loves him and they become boyfriend and girlfriend on the last day of church camp !!!!
My daughter Ennia watch it like 2x a day since the first time we watch it on netflix.. she really enjoys singing all the songs in the movie.. and was able to memorize them all.. If this comment reaches Bailee and the cast, kindly have them greet my daughter, she's a huge fan.
I feel so connected with this movie. I was very uncertain that it was going to be good because most Christian movie are unbiblical but this movie is different. I am really hoping for aweekaway 2
