Buddhism is the only Dhamma we can believe, it is a practical religion, we can experience in this life not after death. We need peace happiness while we are living not after death. None of them had the Bible but all claimed to be the true followers of Jesus. They were the Gnostics, the Katholikoi (ancestors of the Catholics, Protestants and Eastern Orthodox) and the Judaizers (or ebionites). All believed in the existence of Jesus. All believed conflicting things about him but all bear witness to his physical existence. There's more evidence for the existence of Jesus than there is for Alexander the Great.
