Jim, I love your no nonsense approach to people's lack of common sense. It is a teaching moment for sure. As a teacher myself, I use this approach often in my college classroom 😇😇😇😀😀😀

And as a doctor I do the same with patients with unrealistic expectations. Go Jim!

No I disagree, I agree with Immigration that his case should have been denied for his requested expediency to see his father. He had a choice to make, which was more important to him. Everyone has an expediency that they want to expedite. Do you realize how many people from Pakistan 🇵🇰 file for this and when they come back guess what they still have all they body parts and no organ donation was performed, it’s bs. They abusing the system to leave the country, had they expedited his application above everyone else who actually needed it expedited it would of been for no reason because he just said unfortunately my dad passed away so I couldn’t. There’s no way to prove anything and he provided no evidence from the hospital saying he is an organ donor for his father. Had this been true then why on earth would he leave his father permanently to go marry a U.S. citizen knowing he couldn’t go back for a very long time especially knowing he is the donor recipient of his father. Who leaves the sick mother/father to go marry someone in another country, I’m not buying his lies. They did right in denying his false claims. They see this all the time with people from India. Truth is he only came to US to get married and go back home, he came to US just to jump start his green card process and return home. He never had intent ti stay. So you’re going to help him abuse the system our country our tax dollars.
Help those who are in good faith truly want a U.S marriage for love, kids and starting a family not for a green card. He never spoke about his wife he only spoke about him and his family back home. He does not love his wife, he wants only a green card. It’s clearly obvious I think u see it deep inside ur heart of hearts. Also the hospital will never do a transplant on a 73 year old man who is terminally ill. He said “My dad was terminally ill and was very weak for a long time” Yes I believe that’s true however I believe he never had intent of doing a organ donation they wouldn’t allow that. He was there caring for his dad but wanted a green card started so he got married and flew back and Embassy caught it. Good job embassy.

Him sorry I’m not buying his story about his dad and transplant. He’s not saying everything and that’s the rule, you can’t leave the US. He came and got married in the U.S. then he left his wife to go do surgery with his dad 🤷🏽‍♂️ it’s just fishy. I believe he used the Fiance visa to get in the U.S. for whatever reason then got married to a U.S. citizen then used his father’s illness to leave. I’m sorry but his story is extremely fishy and this attorney believes everything he saying and doesn’t question its validity. First off, you can’t donate an organ out of the blue like ok dad On my way! Testing takes extremely long and doctors know if his health is bad the transplant is a no go 🙅. Also immigration is extremely strict on this requirement. The requirement is if u marry a U.S. on a K1 visa you must stay in the U.S. until USCIS process your parole, after which the immigrant can leave and re-enter the U.S. without needing a new visa. That’s the law. If you leave you have to either get a new visa or wait for your green card application to be approved. Therefore he has to wait. Laws are laws for a reason as people are abusing our immigration system which is why it’s becoming harder and harder to get visa and attorneys are aiding them. They help them navigate through it just for them to divorce soon after or adjust status to the actual reason they came over. The attorneys are aiding the very system they seek to avoid.
