Are these models offered somewhere else where there is no HOA?
Hi again! There are no new Richmond American communities with these models that do not have an HOA (in SoCal) that I am aware of.

The builder could have raised those ceilings a bit. Standard 3 car garage could have easily been accommodated as well. Is it possible to widen the main entry door in each of these homes as an option? Any room for a pool?
