I’ve only been thru a check point one time. CHP wanted to chat I told him I was in a hurry to get to casino. I hadn’t had anything to drink or toke. Knowing I was completely sober it still felt good for him to let me go. Thanks for my bedtime laugh as I’m smoking a joint

look one time after work i set my cell phone on the roof of my car and drove home. Several miles, on a freeway, over a bridge, through a residential area and into my driveway. before i got out of the car i looked for my phone, then remembered the last place i had it. jumped out...the mfer was still there, it rode all the way home and didn't move. so yeah i'll believe anything.

I had a officer ask me to do the alphabet backwards in Australia, got three letters and he laughed and told me to move on
I'd been deep into studying music and got asked the alphabet coming home from a live show, it went like this: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, A, fuck!

Meh, I've gotten pulled over high and speeding. 88mph in a 55 with smoke rolling out the window. I didn't even get a written warning. 😀 It's good to live in a small commy and know all the officers.

My buddy said he was riding in a car with a guy who was baked, the cop knew it cause he reaked of weed. But anyways the cop asked him to roll the window down completely. And a few seconds later after asking if he had smoked or drank anything, he asked him to roll the window down again. The guy literally tried to roll his window down for a solid 10 seconds before realizing what just happened. He said it was the funniest shit ever

I was waiting in line one time pretty buzzed and the cop talked to the guy infront of me for a few minutes and finally he made him pull off to the side and waved me by without even talking to me. I got so lucky, I just knew I was going to jail.. Lmao.

I failed a dui test once. I was high af and had everything on me. I knew I was going to jail so I was actually kinda just like let’s do this thing. I let him know where everything was and thought it was gonna be a smooth process. As nice as he was, he seemed really suspicious of me because I was giggling so much... and told me that my car is basically sideways right now “are you drunk!?” I didn’t see that ditch and it just got funnier. Long story short another cop had to come gimme a dui test even tho I didn’t have any alcohol in my system, and I failed miserably. I was serious at times and I straight up told him about my stigmatism and extremely bad coordination and he was like yeah I remember. (I had no clue who this guy was) I had only been living in the area for like two years off and on. And haven’t been in trouble before, no tickets etc etc. turns out even tho I failed and parked in a 4 foot ditch vertically he let me go. Also he had mentioned he knew my mother. I haven’t had contact with my mom in forever probably like 5 years or so. Wtf she been up too 😅😪

What he should point out with humor is, that these dui stops are completely unconstitutional! Just crack your window and say, " am I being detained for any articuable suspension, am I free to go?" Driving normally down the highway, is no grounds for ANY stop!
i drive high too lol. not all the time but occasionally i'll hit my dab pen in the morning. i usually don't get caught smelling like it though or with a ton of smoke in my car. i've also never ran into a DUI checkpoint.
I do and almost every day. After work I roll one and smoke it in my way home and if I go out in the evening I smoke one or two again in my car. Gladly I havent been pulled over yet 😂

@@everybodyclapyourhands4742 i still do it today and meanwhile I got pulled over twice + the police rolled up on me once but I live in Portugal and the laws here are very chill and I had luck with the police officers and they just let me go on. I don’t do it everyday tho. Its summer and I Only smoke in my car when I drive on the highway because its a longer trip otherwise when Im driving in the city I stop to smoke at a nice spot. But as soon as it gets cold I will do it every day again. Driving high its not hard or impossible. I drive slow and careful and I do that for years. Everything good so far.
