Good morning Kevin, Ronda and family. Nice to see all the work getting done and not having to video any breakdowns. Mabel seems to enjoy the freshly mown clover, better she rolls in that than manure (which many dogs love to do). The thunderstorms that woke me at 4 a.m this morning have moved east, and the system looks to bring you a chance of rain for tomorrow. Have a blessed week, stay safe.

Ronda, I'd like to share a moment I had once. There is an 1,800 head dairy farm by me who grows their own hay. One really hot day as I drove by one of their fields I noticed Purple, Blue, White & Red flowers on the tops of some kind of hay. So I stopped and the wind was blowing from the field to me. The smell was unbelievable! A light fragrance so nice and sweet. A warm breeze carrying as much as I could ever want. It was so beautiful! I called my Mom to tell her all about it, and to justify sitting on the side of the road a little longer. I will always remember that moment. Thank You and take care. ben/ michigan

You all are busy, busy, and did I say busy folks !!!! Thank you Rhonda for taking the time to share your journey !!! When the clover field was getting plowed, I could smell the fresh soil !! Also reminded me when I was 10 years old. My Daddy had an old Ford tractor. He would plow with it ( a single moldboard plow) during the day for folks in our little town, and then he was go to work in the coal fields on the second shift. I would come home from school and take the plow off and put the disc on , and go and disc the gardens he had plowed. Now I depend on my memories. God is good!!! We had a rain squall at 5:00 am about 1/4 inch of rain in five minutes.Around noon I will go out and assemble another elevated garden bed with one more to go and after that a food safe sealer and a plastic liner will be added.My days of bend over gardening are over.Really enjoyed the enough garlic bed you have.

We live in south-eastern Michigan (Tecumseh Area) and our first cuttings will be this week some time, we had a dryer spring but towards the end of spring the rains came and now everything is looking so full and colorful ready to cut and put up! We too have been under the weather and have been dealing with some physical ailments. Enjoy your videos and knowing you guys are believers makes them even more special. I only invite people into our home who doesn't use fowl language or make inappropriate innuendos towards others. Keep up the good work and Keep the Faith!

As young and fine stemmed as your clover is, it ought to pack well and make pretty good feed.
WOW!!! Watching all this field work, makes me feel like I put in a full days work in the field. It was especially hard on me planting the corn, using the marker arms and no GPS. (Ha!Ha!) WHEW!!! I'm tired, and ready for bed. Have a safe and wonderful Memorial Day weekend.

Hello there. That mower is a good tool. Our mower is at the back of the tractor. It's a Class 8ft cut. Our forager also goes on the back of the tractor.. we have had some really bad weather here in England. Wind and hard rain. Flooding.

Well the rains must have stayed West of you because here in central Wisconsin we are very wet. And it's raining again today. To make it worse the mosquitoes came out today and they are terrible.

You all are getting the planting and silage chopping done too, lots of work to get there, but worth it.
