Great vid and you both look so happy to be back on the water. I am going on my first P&O next month, its from Brissy as its a good deal, so far only done Carnival from Sydney. I hear the Encounter is very similar to the Adventure so I found your look around super helpful - look forward to your next vid!
On our cruise in December they had pre booked our restaurants on a rotation between the 3 included ones over the 7 nights. We just chose early or late sittings before boarding.
Great no safety muster... I'm happy about that. I'm heading of early May so will do the same and book dining for at least one night and happy to do whatever the other nights. We have an ocean view room as its only 4 nights. Anything longer I like a balcony. Sadly we don't go underneath the bridge as we depart from the international dock but love sail out with a few cocktails in hand. Looking forward to the nightclub. The prices are making me want to get the drink package and I'm shocked with room service prices but I guess inflation is a thing. But I'm looking forward to it however and looking forward to my cruise in October.

Did you have to show a RAT test prior to boarding?
In n.z if you are unvaxed (had bad reaction)I think we go in a seperate line and get tested on boarding otherwise no. But differs country to country
We did and we had to upload it on an app that they specified. The rules may have changed though because we didn’t have to do it for Carnival in June
So far, Day 1, Carnival winning.😂
