I think it is worth noting to adjust the equalizer to the setting for speakers under an inch in size. It makes such a huge difference in the range of the tiny speaker.

Yes. It should, but speaker placement may vary. I have heard that you may still need to cut a bit to get the speaker in, but I have not personally done this install.

Great how to video. Thank you for that. This is my first attempt at installing a DCC Sound System. Will I have to remove or relocate the current DCC component or does the Tsunami2 perform all the DCC functions along with adding sound? Would this new sound system need to be reprogrammed in my Digitrax Evolution System?
Tsunami2 will preform all of the DCC functions along with amazing sound and features! The decoder will work right after install, but you will probably want to customize the decoder to match your model by selecting a prime mover, airhorn, etc. You can also set up other features like Dynamic Digital Exhaust, momentum, reverb and many more as you like. Nice installation very close to a regular no sound DCC installation . I tought you had to dig the frame for the sugar cube but it is a lot easier this way . Any possible setting to add a doppler effect to the horn , or is there other horns than this one ? Thanks !
We do not have a doppler effect. You can add reverb or echo to any of our sound effects though and you have over 40 airhorns to choose from. You can see a list of them on our Sound Selection Reference on our website: soundtraxx.com/tsu-kn1/

It can really help to use the equalizer to maximize your speaker's capabilities, but you are ultimately limited by the speaker.

You can find flux like this at Digikey. There are several 'flavors' a brand called chip quick there

Are there additional function pads for things like strobe lights, etc?
It has 4Function Outputs - LED Friendly. No resistors necessary!
That is the smallest cube speaker I have seen
