This will attract the most birds to your feeder during winter

Feeding suet in the winter months brings in the most colorful birds around.
This is an easy recipe you can make at home and it only takes less than 20 minutes!
1lb block of lard
Same amount in crunchy peanut butter
2 cups of bird food (suggest black oil sunflower and safflower mix)
2 cups raisins
5 cups oats
5 cups yellow corn meal
Heat peanut butter and lard until liquid
Mix all other ingredients one at a time.
The Great Value brand deli meat containers with the blue tops are perfect size molds. The recipe makes 6 containers.
Put the containers in the fridge until you are ready to use them.
